Inkjet Heat Transfer Paper - Light 1.0

1. Prepare
Gather your materials:
- T-shirt (light-colored fabric recommended)
- Scissors
- Iron or Professional Heat Press Machine
- Inkjet Printer
- Transfer Paper
Notes: Light 1.0 is compatible with Iron and Professional Heat Press Machines. For Easy Heat Press, consider Light 2.0/3.0/5.0.
2. Mirror Print & Cut
Settings
- Create Mirror Image: Use settings like "Flip horizontal", "Mirror image", "Reverse", or "Rotate".
- Print Quality: Select "High Quality".
- Paper Type: Choose "Plain Paper".
- Uncheck the option: "Fit Picture to Frame".
Printing
Print your design on the BLANK side of the transfer paper using an Inkjet printer.
Notes:
- Compatible with pigment ink and dye ink. DO NOT use sublimation ink.
- Light 1.0 transfer paper is compatible with INKJET printers ONLY. For LaserJet printers, please choose Light 3.0.
Cutting
Cut out your design with scissors after the printed image is dry.
Notes:
- Trim close to the printed parts, leaving a margin of approximately 2mm.
- Light 1.0 transfer paper is not compatible with cutting machines. Light 2.0/3.0/5.0 are compatible.
3. Transfer
Follow these steps for Iron or Professional Heat Press Machine transfer:
Preparation
For T-shirt:
REMOVE CREASES: Place T-shirt on a solid, heat-resistant surface and smooth out all creases.
PLACE YOUR DESIGN: Position the printed design face DOWNWARDS onto the appropriate position of the T-shirt.
Using an Iron
Iron Settings: Set to HIGH TEMPERATURE and Turn OFF steam.
Notes: Insufficient pressure and ironing time can lead to poor transfer results, causing the transfers to peel off.
- Apply FIRM, EVEN, and HEAVY pressure on each area of the image for 5 seconds.
- Repeat the above step, circularly pressing and ironing the whole image for 5 minutes.
- Ensure that ALL areas of the image are ironed, especially the corners and edges.

Using a Heat Press Machine
Heat Press Settings:
- Set Temperature to 190°C (374°F).
- Set Time to 10 seconds.
- Apply HEAVY Pressure.
Post-Transfer
After the transferred image has cooled down to room temperature, carefully peel away the backing paper.
Storage Tips
- Keep the image facing outside when folding the garment.
- Store the garment in a dry and cool place.
- Keep unused transfer paper sealed and preserved.
Washing Instructions
- Do not wash within 48 hours after transfer.
- Wash the garment before wearing.
- Do not use bleach or alkaline detergent.
- Do not soak to wash.
- Turn the garment inside out when washing.
- Avoid delicate washing and tumble drying.
- Remove garment promptly after washing; colors may bleed if left wet too long.
- Unfold the transferred image and hang to dry naturally.
