SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Please read the safety instructions in this manual carefully before operating the unit.
This appliance is charged with R32 refrigerant.

⚡ DANGER
- Do not install, repair, open, or remove the cover. You could be exposed to dangerous voltage. Request this service from your dealer or a professional.
- Turning off the appliance does not remove the risk of electric shock.
- Install the appliance in accordance with the electrical installation regulations of your country.
- The permanent electrical installation must be done in such a way that all poles are separated by at least 3 mm when disconnected from the power source.
- This appliance must be installed in a room free from permanently operating ignition sources (e.g., open flames, gas appliances, or electric heaters).
- To prevent fire, explosion, or injury, do not operate the unit if flammable or corrosive gases (e.g., propane, hydrogen) are detected near the unit.
⚠️ WARNING
- Do not expose yourself to direct airflow of cold or warm air for extended periods.
- Do not insert fingers or any objects into the air vents.
- If anything unusual occurs (e.g., burning smell), stop the air conditioner and disconnect it from the power supply or turn off the circuit breaker.
- This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
- This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
- Only a qualified technician or qualified service personnel is authorized to install, maintain, repair, and remove the air conditioning unit. If any of these operations are required, request them from a qualified technician or qualified service personnel.
⚠️ CAUTION
- The user is responsible for adequate supervision to ensure that children do not play with the appliance.
- For refilling or replacement, do not use any refrigerant other than that specified for the outdoor unit. Otherwise, abnormal high pressure may occur in the refrigerant circuit, which could lead to product malfunction or explosion, or personal injury.
- Do not use any means to accelerate the defrosting process or cleaning other than those recommended by the manufacturer.
- This appliance must be installed in a room free from permanently operating ignition sources (e.g., open flames, gas appliances, or electric heaters).
- Be aware that refrigerants may not have an odor.
- Do not puncture or incinerate, as the appliance is under pressure. Do not expose the appliance to heat, flame, sparks, or other ignition sources. Otherwise, it may explode and cause injury or death.
- Do not wash the appliance with water. This could lead to electric shock.
- Do not use this air conditioner for other purposes, such as storing food or raising animals.
- Do not step on or place any objects on the indoor or outdoor parts of the appliance. This could lead to injury or damage to the appliance.
- Do not touch the aluminum fins, as this may lead to injury.
- Turn off the main switch or circuit breaker before cleaning the appliance.
- If the appliance will not be used for an extended period, turn off the main switch or circuit breaker.
- After prolonged use of the appliance, it is recommended that a professional perform maintenance.
- The manufacturer disclaims any responsibility for damages resulting from failure to comply with the instructions in this manual.
OPERATION
1. INDOOR UNIT DISPLAY
The indoor unit display shows several icons: a leaf symbol for ? ECO mode, a ? Wi-Fi symbol for network connectivity, a symbol indicating ? HIGH POWER operation, a ⏰ clock symbol for timer functions, and a ▶️ operation indicator.
Display brightness can be adjusted. Refer to section 11.
※ Requires a LAN adapter for wireless LAN connection, available as an accessory.
2. PREPARATION BEFORE USE
Filter Preparation
- Open the air intake grille and remove the filters.
- Attach the filters. (See accessory sheet for details).
Inserting Batteries (for wireless operation)
- Remove the sliding cover.
- Insert 2 new batteries (AAA type) and correctly align the (+) and (-) poles.
Remote Control Reset
- Remove the battery.
- Press the [RESET] button.
- Reinsert the battery.
3. AIRFLOW DIRECTION
- Press the ? FIX button: Adjust louvers to the desired vertical direction.
- Press the ↔️ SWING button: Automatic airflow direction change.
Horizontal airflow direction must be adjusted manually.
Note:
- Do not force the louvers manually.
- The louvers may automatically adjust to the correct position when the unit is turned on.
4. REMOTE CONTROL FUNCTIONS
The remote control features an infrared transmitter at the top. Key buttons include:
- Infrared transmitter
- ▶️/■ START/STOP button
- ⚙️ MODE button (to select operation mode)
- ?️ TEMP button (to adjust temperature)
- ? FAN button (to set fan speed)
- ↔️ SWING button (to control louver movement)
- ? FIX button (to set vertical louver position)
- ⏰ TIMER OFF button (to set the off timer)
- ? HI-POWER button (for rapid operation)
- ?/? ECO/SILENT button (for economy and quiet modes)
- ❌ CLEAR button (to cancel settings)
- ✔️ CHECK button (for status checks)
The display area shows current settings.
5. AUTOMATIC FUNCTION
For automatic selection of cooling, heating, or fan-only operation.
- Press the ⚙️ MODE button: Select Auto (A).
- Press the ?️ TEMP button: Set desired temperature. (Min. 17°C, Max. 30°C)
- Press the ? FAN button: Select AUTO, LOW —, LOW+ —, MED ■■, MED+ ■■■, HIGH, or QUIET.
6. COOLING / HEATING / FAN ONLY MODE
- Press the ⚙️ MODE button: Select ❄️ COOL, ? HEAT, or ? Fan only.
- Press the ?️ TEMP button: Set desired temperature. (Cooling and Heating: Min. 17°C, Max. 30°C; Fan Only: Ambient temperature indication)
- Press the ? FAN button: Select AUTO, LOW —, LOW+ —, MED ■■, MED+ ■■■, HIGH, or QUIET.
7. DRY MODE
For humidity reduction, a mild cooling capacity is automatically controlled.
- Press the ⚙️ MODE button: Select ? DRY.
- Press the ?️ TEMP button: Set desired temperature. (Min. 17°C, Max. 30°C)
Note: Fan speed in DRY mode is set to Auto only.
8. HIGH POWER OPERATION
For automatically maintaining room temperature while saving energy (Except in DRY or FAN ONLY modes).
Press the ? HI POWER button: Start and stop operation.
Note: The HIGH POWER operation symbol will appear on the remote control display.
9. ECONOMY / QUIET OPERATION
ECONOMY OPERATION
For automatically maintaining room temperature while saving energy (Except in DRY or FAN ONLY modes).
Note: For cooling, the set temperature automatically increases by 1°C/hour for up to 2 hours (maximum increase of 2°C). For heating, the set temperature decreases.
QUIET OPERATION
Reduces fan noise during operation (Except in DRY or FAN ONLY modes).
Note: During quiet operation, heating or cooling capacity is still prioritized to ensure adequate comfort.
Setting ECONOMY and QUIET operation:
Press the ?/? ECO/SILENT button: Start and stop operation.
Note: The ECONOMY and QUIET operation symbols will appear on the remote control display.
10. TIMER OPERATION
Set the timer when the air conditioner is running.
- Press the ⏰ TIMER OFF button: Enter the timer OFF setting.
- Press the ?️ TEMP button: Select the desired timer OFF setting (0.5 - 12 hours).
- Press the [CONFIRM] button (implied, not explicitly labeled but standard for setting): Set the timer OFF value.
- Pressing the ⏰ TIMER OFF button again: Cancel the timer.
Note: The TIMER OPERATION symbol will appear on the remote control display.
11. DISPLAY LIGHT BRIGHTNESS ADJUSTMENT
Reduce brightness or turn off the display light.
- Press and hold the ? FAN button for 3 seconds until the brightness level (d0, d1, d2, or d3) appears on the remote control display, then release the button.
- Use the ?️ TEMP buttons (UP/DOWN) to adjust brightness in 4 levels.

Note: In case of 'd' display, the light remains on for 5 seconds before turning off.
12. TEMPORARY USE
In case of a lost or dead remote control:
- Pressing the RESET button allows you to start or stop the appliance without the remote control.
- The operating mode is set to AUTOMATIC, the preset temperature is 24°C, and the fan speed is automatic.
13. AUTO RESTART FUNCTION
For automatic restart of the air conditioner after a power failure (Power supply must be on).
Setting
- Press and hold the RESET button on the indoor unit for 3 seconds to start operation. (3 beeps and the OPERATION light blinks 5 times per second for 5 seconds)
- Press and hold the RESET button on the indoor unit for 3 seconds to cancel operation. (3 beeps, but the OPERATION light does not blink)
Note: If the ON or OFF timer is set, the AUTO RESTART FUNCTION will not be activated.
14. SELF-CLEANING MODE (COOLING AND DRYING ONLY)
To prevent odors caused by moisture in the indoor unit.
- While in COOLING or DRYING mode, press the [Button] once: The fan will continue to operate for another 30 minutes, then automatically turn off. This reduces moisture in the indoor unit.
- To stop the unit immediately, press the [Button] more than twice within 30 seconds.
15. MANUAL DEFROST OPERATION
To defrost the outdoor unit heat exchanger during heating operation.
Press and hold the ? HI-POWER button on the remote control for 5 seconds. The remote display will show '[dF]' for 2 seconds, as shown in Figure 1.
16. MAINTENANCE
First, turn off the circuit breaker.
Indoor Unit and Remote Control
- Clean the indoor unit and remote control with a damp cloth if necessary.
- Do not use benzine, thinner, polishing powder, or chemically treated dusters.
Air Filters
Clean every 2 weeks.
- Open the air intake grille.
- Remove the air filters.
- Vacuum or wash them and then dry them.
- Reinstall the air filters and close the air intake grille.
17. OPERATION AND PERFORMANCE
- 3-Minute Protection Function: Prevents the unit from starting for 3 minutes if it is suddenly restarted or turned on.
- Pre-heating Operation: Allow the unit to run for 5 minutes before heating starts.
- Warm Air Control: When the room temperature reaches the set level, the fan speed automatically reduces, and the outdoor unit stops.
- Automatic Defrost: Fans stop during defrosting.
- Heating Capacity: Heat is absorbed from outside and released into the room. If the outside temperature is too low, use an auxiliary heating element in conjunction with the air conditioner.
- Snow Accumulation: Position the outdoor unit so that snow, leaves, or other debris do not accumulate around it during different seasons.
- Cracking Sound: A slight cracking sound may be heard during operation. This is normal and can be caused by the expansion/contraction of plastic parts.
Note: Items 2 to 6 apply to heating models.

18. TROUBLESHOOTING
Unit does not operate.
- Main switch is off.
- Circuit breaker is tripped.
- Power outage.
- Timer is set to ON.
Cooling or heating is extremely weak.
- Filters are clogged with dust.
- Temperature is set incorrectly.
- Doors or windows are open.
- Air intake or outlet of the outdoor unit is blocked.
- Fan speed is too low.
- Mode is set to FAN or DRY.
- Power Selection function is set to 75% or 50% (This function depends on the remote control).
19. REMOTE CONTROL A-B SELECTION
To differentiate the remote control for each indoor unit when two air conditioning units are placed close to each other.
Setting Remote Control to B:
- Press the RESET button on the indoor unit to turn the air conditioner ON.
- Point the remote control at the unit.
- Press and hold the ✔️ CHECK button on the remote control with the tip of a pencil. The display will show "00". (Fig. 1)
- Press the ⚙️ MODE and ✔️ CHECK buttons simultaneously. The display will show "B", and "00" will disappear. The air conditioner will turn OFF. Remote control B has memory activated. (Fig. 2)
Note:
- 1. Repeat the above steps to set the remote control to A.
- 2. Remote control A does not display "A".
- 3. The factory default setting for the remote control is A.
