How to Use
- Remove the catch cup and attach the handle and cap.
- Hold the handle still and rotate the spin dial clockwise to tighten. Do not overtighten. Stop when you reach the point where it will not turn further, or when the handle cannot be rotated, indicated by the arrow pointing to the initial value (zero). Note: Due to product specifications, the initial value may not align with the number 0.
- Rotate the spin dial counter-clockwise to adjust the grind size.
- Attach the catch cup, remove the handle and cap, and add 20-25g of coffee beans.
- Attach the handle and cap, then rotate clockwise until grinding is complete.
Grind Size Guide
Unit: Clicks. One full rotation of the spin dial is approximately 40 clicks.

Disassembly and Assembly
- Remove the catch cup, attach the handle and cap, hold the handle still, and continue rotating the spin dial counter-clockwise.
- Remove parts in order: Spin dial → Number dial → Inner burr → Spring → Bearing cap. The shaft does not need to be removed.
- After cleaning, reassemble parts in order: Bearing cap → Spring → Inner burr → Number dial → Spin dial. Note: The bearing cap has a flat side and a protruding side; insert it with the protruding side facing the main body.
- First, align the inner burr and the number dial, then insert them onto the shaft.
- Hold the handle still and rotate the spin dial clockwise to tighten. Reset to zero.
Precautions
- Do not wash with water. Clean using the included brush or an air blower.
- Store in a dry place.
- Do not forcibly remove the outer burr.
- Do not rotate the handle when the setting is at zero or below 15 clicks.
- For first-time use, to check the product's condition, add a small amount of coffee beans, grind them, and discard.
- This product is intended for grinding coffee beans. Please refrain from using it for green beans or spices.
How to Use Handle and Cap
- Remove the black rubber ring from the cap.
- Secure the handle and cap with the white rubber ring.
- Ensure the white rubber ring is properly attached.
Electric Grinding Method
Required Items:
- Electric screwdriver with a torque of 15-25 N·m
- 6.35mm hex shank
Prepare the cap with the black rubber ring attached.
Firmly grip the grinder and gradually apply power. Be careful not to let the speed become too high.
