Product Overview
The SOUNDPEATS Capsule3 Pro are wireless earbuds featuring Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) and a focus on cost-effectiveness. This guide provides instructions for setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
Getting Started
First Start:
- Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically power on.
- Tear off the insulating film on the earbuds' charging contacts.
- Place the earbuds back into the charging case.
- Close the charging case lid. The earbuds will enter charging mode.
- Open the charging case lid again. The earbuds will automatically power on and enter pairing mode.
- On your device, turn on Bluetooth and select "SOUNDPEATS Capsule3 Pro" to connect.
Reset:
- Place both earbuds into the charging case.
- Press and hold the button on the charging case for 10 seconds.
- The LED indicator on the charging case will flash white and red, then turn off.
- Close the charging case lid and open it again. The earbuds are activated.

Q&A
Q1: What does the LED indicator on the charging case mean?
The LED indicator on the charging case shows the remaining power:
- 100% - 50%: Green light is on.
- 49% - 10%: Yellow light is on.
- Under 10%: Red light is on.
Note: When charging, the indicator light flashes slowly. When fully charged, the light stays on.
Q2: How to charge the charging case?
- Connect the charging cable to the charging case and an AC adapter (not included).
- Ensure the charging case is properly connected.
Q3: Why are the earbuds sometimes not connecting to the phone when in the charging case?
- Ensure the charging contacts are clean and free of debris.
- Make sure the earbuds are properly seated in the charging case.
- If the issue persists, reset the earbuds as described in the "Reset" section.

Note
The earbuds and charging case are not toys. Keep them away from children and pets. Do not expose the earbuds and charging case to extreme temperatures (below 0°C/32°F or above 45°C/113°F). Do not use the earbuds while a thunderstorm is occurring. Do not disassemble or modify the earbuds or charging case in any way. Do not use the charging case with a damaged cable or plug. Do not immerse the earbuds or charging case in water or any other liquid.
