Quick Start Guide and Features
Interface Overview
The Dune HD player features a front panel with a display and an LED indicator. The rear panel includes a Micro SD card slot, two USB 2.0 host ports, an A/V output (composite video + analog stereo audio), an optical S/PDIF output, an Ethernet 10/100 port, and an HDMI output. A 5V DC IN power port is also located on the rear panel.

Installation Guide
Follow these steps to set up your Dune HD player:
- Connect the Dune HD player to your TV using an HDMI cable.
- Connect the power adapter to the player and a power outlet.
- (Optional) Use an Ethernet cable to connect the Dune HD player to your internet router, or configure Wi-Fi settings later.
- Turn on the Dune HD player and your TV. Select the correct input source on your TV that corresponds to the HDMI connection.
Remote Control Functions
The remote control allows you to operate the Dune HD player. Key buttons include:
- POWER: Turns the player on or off.
- MUTE: Mutes or unmutes the audio.
- Directional Arrows (⬆️, ⬇️, ⬅️, ➡️), ENTER, RETURN, TOP MENU, POP UP MENU, INFO: Used for navigation, selection, returning to previous screens, accessing menus, and displaying information.
- Playback Controls: Includes [rewind] (<<), [fast forward] (>>), [previous] (|<<), [next] (>>|), [play/pause] (>||), and STOP.
- Volume Controls: [volume up] (V+) and [volume down] (V-) adjust the audio level.
- Page Controls: [page up] (P+) and [page down] (P-) scroll through lists.
- Other Buttons: MOUSE (show/hide cursor), RECENT (switch to recent items), number keys (0-9) for input, CLEAR (delete character/item), and SELECT (switch text input mode).
- Function Buttons: SETUP, MODE, SUBTITLE, AUDIO, ZOOM for player settings and playback options.
- Colored Buttons (A, B, C, D): Red, Green, Yellow, Blue buttons for various player functions.
Important Warnings and Compliance
General Warnings:
- To prevent damage, fire, or electric shock, do not expose the appliance to rain or humidity.
- Never open the device or external power supply yourself; refer servicing to qualified personnel.
- Use only the correct electrical outlet specifications.
- Connect only to compatible audio/video components and cables.
- Avoid direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and high humidity. Allow 1-2 hours for acclimatization when moving between different temperature environments.
- Do not install foreign objects, protect from shocks, drops, and vibrations.
- Ensure proper ventilation by leaving at least 10 cm of free space around the device.
- Install on a solid, level surface.
- Ensure power cables are not under tension and the mains plug remains accessible for quick disconnection.

- Disconnect from power and TV antenna if not in use for extended periods or before thunderstorms. Do not touch during thunderstorms.
- Remove batteries from the remote if not used for a long time.
- Contact specialists for any detected malfunctions.
