Product Overview & Setup

The Lenovo Modern Wireless Combo and Lenovo Euterpe Wireless Combo are wireless keyboard and mouse sets designed for efficient productivity. The package typically includes a wireless keyboard, a wireless mouse, and a USB receiver.

Setup:

  • Insert AA batteries into the keyboard and mouse (if applicable).
  • Connect the USB receiver to a USB port on your computer.
  • The device should be ready for use.

Battery Indicators: The keyboard may feature battery level indicators showing charge status (e.g., 10%-20% or less than 10% remaining).

Fn Lock and Shortcut Keys

The keyboard includes an Fn Lock function to switch between standard F1-F12 keys and multimedia/shortcut functions.

  • Press Fn + FnLock to enable or disable the Fn Lock feature.
  • When Fn Lock is disabled, press Fn + F1-F11 to activate the shortcut functions indicated by icons on the keys.
  • When Fn Lock is enabled, press F1-F11 directly to use the shortcut functions.

Operating Temperature: The product is designed to operate within a temperature range of 0°C (32°F) to 40°C (104°F).

General Battery Notice

DANGER: Batteries supplied by Lenovo for use with your product have been tested for compatibility and should only be replaced with approved parts. Except for batteries specified by Lenovo, disassembled or modified batteries are not covered by warranty.

Improper battery handling can lead to overheating, liquid leakage, or explosion. To avoid potential injury:

  • Do not open, disassemble, or service any battery.
  • Do not crush or puncture the battery.
  • Do not short-circuit the battery or expose it to water or other liquids.
  • Keep batteries away from children and fire.
  • Do not leave batteries in extremely high-temperature or extremely low air pressure environments.
  • Stop using the battery if it is damaged, leaks, or shows foreign material on its leads. It is recommended to charge batteries approximately once every three months to prevent overcharge.
  • Dispose of batteries according to local laws and regulations; do not discard them in landfills.

Built-in Rechargeable Battery Notice

DANGER: Do not attempt to replace internal rechargeable lithium batteries. Replacement must be performed by a Lenovo-authorized repair facility or technician. Recharge the battery strictly according to instructions included in the product documentation. Lenovo-authorized facilities recycle batteries according to local laws and regulations.
