SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Please keep this manual in a safe place for future reference. It is the responsibility of the product owner to inform all persons using the product of all precautions and to follow the instructions strictly.

• Use the product indoors on a level surface, away from moisture and dust. Use a mat to protect the floor and carpet. Ensure at least 2m of free space around the product.
• Before use, ensure all screws and nuts are tightly secured. Check parts daily to confirm screws are tightened.
• Keep children away from the product and do not leave them unattended in the room where it is placed.
• Wear appropriate sportswear; avoid loose clothing that could get caught in the product.
• Stop exercising immediately if you feel unwell.
• This product is for home use only and suitable for indoor use.
• Only one person is allowed to use this equipment at a time.
• Use under the guidance of a doctor if you are not feeling well.
• Keep children, people with disabilities, and pets away from the product to avoid accidents.
• INGESTION HAZARD: This product contains a button or coin cell battery. DEATH or serious injury can occur if ingested. A swallowed battery can cause Internal Chemical Burns in as little as 2 hours.

WARNING: Please consult your physician before beginning any exercise, especially if you are over 35 or have existing health problems. Read all instructions before using any equipment.

[CE Conformity Mark] This symbol indicates "Conformité Européene", meaning "Conformity with EU directives". The CE-marking confirms compliance with applicable European directives and regulations.

[UKCA Conformity Mark] This symbol indicates "UK Conformity Assessed", meaning "Conformity with British Standards 11". The UKCA-marking confirms compliance with applicable British Standards.

Packaging materials are raw materials and can be recycled. Separate and dispose of packaging materials properly to protect the environment. Local administration can provide additional information.

Used devices do not belong in household waste! Dispose of used devices properly to protect the environment. Local administration can provide information on collection points and opening hours.

Batteries do not belong in household waste! As the end user, you are legally required to return discharged batteries to a collection point. You can take old batteries to public collection points or to places where batteries of that type are sold.

ASSEMBLY GUIDE

Step 1: Install Bottom Tube to Main Frame

Using an Allen Wrench (#A), attach the Rear Bottom Tube (1) to the Main Frame (10) with Hexagon Socket Head Cap Screw (3), Spring Washer (5), and Flat Washer (4). A QR code is available to watch an installation video.

Step 2: Install the Left and Right Pedal Tubes onto the Main Frame

Assemble the Left and Right Pedals as shown in Figures P1 and P2. Attach the Right Pedal (6R) to the Right Crank (7R) by turning the bolt clockwise with Wrench (#B). Attach the Left Pedal (6L) to the Left Crank (7L) similarly. Ensure pedals are locked during movement.

PRODUCT USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Resistance Adjustment Instructions

Turn the resistance knob (35) to align the arrow with the desired gear number. Clockwise increases resistance, counterclockwise decreases it. Number 8 is the highest resistance, and number 1 is the lowest.

MONITOR INSTRUCTIONS

Display Instructions

The monitor displays:

• DIST: Exercise distance (0.0-999.9km).
• SCAN: Cycles through TIME, CAL, DIST, SCAN every 6 seconds.
• SP: Exercise speed (0.0-999.9km/h).
• TIME: Exercise time (0:00-99:59).
• CAL: Exercise calories (0.0-999.9 KCAL).

Note: The monitor auto-shuts off after 4-5 minutes of inactivity and turns on with pedal input. Replace batteries if the display is improper.

Button Instructions: MODE

• Short press to switch display functions.
• Press and hold for 3 seconds to reset all functions to zero.

Battery Replacement Instructions

A. Snap the monitor out of the housing upwards.

B. Remove Phillips screws with an Allen Wrench and take off the shield.

C. Replace the old battery with a new one.

D. Secure the guard plate with the Allen Wrench and Phillips screws.

E. Reinstall the monitor.

PLEASE NOTE:

• INGESTION HAZARD: Contains a button or coin cell battery. DEATH or serious injury can occur if ingested.
• Swallowed batteries can cause Internal Chemical Burns within 2 hours.
• KEEP batteries OUT OF REACH of CHILDREN.
• Seek immediate medical attention if a battery is suspected to be swallowed.
• Recycle or dispose of used batteries properly according to local regulations. Do NOT dispose of in household trash or incinerate.
• Even used batteries can cause severe injury or death.
• Call a local poison control center for information.
• Battery type: LR44, 1.5V (non-replaceable).
• Do not force discharge, recharge, disassemble, heat, or incinerate batteries.

MAINTENANCE & CARE

This fitness equipment is simple and powerful. Follow these maintenance tips:

• Cleaning: Wipe surfaces with a damp cloth after each use.
• Lubrication: Periodically check the drive system and lubricate the pulley or crank if needed.
• Adjustment: Make adjustments as needed for posture and comfort.
• Check bolts: Periodically check and tighten all bolts and nuts.
• Check parts: Periodically inspect parts for damage or wear and replace as needed.
• Moisture: Store in a dry place to prevent moisture damage.

WARM-UP

Perform stretches before and after exercising. Warm muscles stretch easier. Do each stretch 5 times, holding for 10 seconds.

1. Stretch down: Bend knees slightly, lean forward, relax back and shoulders, touch toes with hands. Hold 10-15 seconds. Repeat 3 times.
2. Seated hamstring stretch: Sit with one leg straight, bring the other leg in. Touch feet with hands. Hold 10-15 seconds. Repeat 3 times per leg.
3. Calf and Achilles tendon stretch: Stand facing a wall/tree, hands on it. Place one foot behind the other, keeping the back leg straight and heel on the ground. Lean towards the wall/tree. Hold 10-15 seconds. Repeat 3 times per leg.
4. Quadriceps stretch: Reach back with one hand, grab the foot, and pull towards hips until thigh muscles tense. Hold 10-15 seconds. Repeat 3 times per leg.
5. Sartorius (inner thigh muscle) stretch: Sit with feet facing each other, knees out. Grab feet and pull towards groin. Hold 10-15 seconds. Repeat 3 times.

Terms & Policy: Merach products are premium in material, craftsmanship, and service. Merach offers a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. Refunds are available to original purchasers within the first 30 days. This warranty extends only to personal use and does not apply to commercial, rental, or other unintended uses. There are no warranties other than those expressly set forth with each product.

This warranty is non-transferable. Merach is not responsible for any damages, losses, or inconveniences caused by equipment failure, user's negligence, user's abuse, or improper operation that does not follow the user manual. Some states do not allow limitations on incidental or consequential losses.

This warranty does not apply to the following situations:

• Damage due to abuse, accident, alteration, or vandalism.
• Improper or inadequate maintenance.
• Damage in return transit.
• Unsupervised use by children under 14 years old.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which may vary from state to state. All expressed and implied warranties, including the warranty of merchantability, are limited to the period of the limited warranty.
