Not Sure Which Size to Choose?

To choose the right size bathroom mirror, you can refer to the following guidelines.

Width:

Typically, the bathroom mirror should be narrower than or equal to the width of the vanity. If you have two mirrors and need to install a wall sconce between them, a spacing of about 12-18 inches in the middle will look more balanced. You can also adjust the distance slightly based on the actual dimensions.

Height:

The bottom of the mirror should be about 6-10 inches above the top of the sink to prevent water splashes on the mirror. The center of the mirror is typically about 59-63 inches from the floor, providing a comfortable height for most adults.

Diagram illustrating mirror sizing for single and double vanity setups. For a single mirror, the recommended height from the sink is 6-10 inches. For width, it should be narrower than or equal to the vanity. For double mirrors, a spacing of 12-18 inches between mirrors is suggested. The overall height recommendation for the mirror center is 59-63 inches from the floor.
