Machine Set-up Guide
Follow these steps for machine setup:

HFT1530 Twin Speed
This model features two speed settings:
- Hi: 300 rpm
- Lo: 150 rpm
FMH Face Fitting

- Do not use on surfaces with gradients exceeding machine limits.
- Avoid sudden stops or sharp turns on inclines.
- Clean only while descending ramps.
- This machine is not intended for use by persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge. Children should be supervised.
- Use only supplied or specified brushes. Other brushes may impair safety.
- Ensure correct assembly and operation according to safety regulations.
- Take all necessary precautions for operator and bystander safety.
- Wear non-slip footwear when scrubbing. Use a respiratory mask in dusty environments.
- Switch off power before cleaning, servicing, or maintenance. Disconnect mains-powered machines by removing the plug; disconnect battery-powered machines using the ON/OFF button.
- Secure unattended machines against unintentional movement.
- Read detergent/liquid manufacturer's instructions.
- Do not allow the supply cord to contact rotating brushes or pads.

DO:
- Ensure competent persons unpack/assemble.
- Keep machine clean.
- Keep brushes in good condition.
- Replace worn/damaged parts immediately.
- Regularly examine power cord for damage. If damaged, have it replaced by manufacturer, service agent, or qualified person.
- Replace power cord only with correct Numatic approved parts.
- Ensure work area is clear of obstructions and people.
- Ensure work area is well-lit.
- Pre-sweep the area to be cleaned.
DON'T:
- Use steam cleaners or pressure washers. Do not use in rain.
- Perform maintenance or cleaning with the power plug connected.
- Allow inexperienced persons to perform repairs. Call experts.
- Strain or pull cable to disconnect.
- Leave brush pad on machine when not in use.
- Allow inexperienced/unauthorized operators without training to use the machine.
- Expect trouble-free operation without correct maintenance.
- Run machine over power cable during operation.
- Lift or pull machine by operating triggers; use main handle.
- Remove handle except for service/repair.
