Downloading the Yoosee APP
Follow these options to download the mobile application:
- Search for "Yoosee" in your mobile app store.
- Scan the QR code below to download the "Yoosee" mobile APP.

Account Registration
New users need to register their account via mobile phone number or email.
Steps:
- Click "Register".
- Select "Registration Location".
- Enter "Mobile Number/Email".
- Click "Next" and follow the APP prompts to complete the account registration.
- Log in to your account.
Precautions for Registration:
- In some countries and regions, mobile phone number registration may not be supported. Please register using your email address.
- Data services may not be compatible across different registered countries and regions. Please select the correct region for registration.

Switching on Device
Before connecting, power up the device and wait approximately 30 seconds. The camera will emit a prompt: "Please scan the QR code to add the device" and a continuous "du du" sound.
If you do not hear the prompt, press and hold the RESET button until the camera beeps "di" and then wait for the device to reboot.

Adding the Camera
Follow these steps within the Yoosee APP:
- Click the "+" icon in the upper right corner of the "Yoosee" APP.
- Navigate to "Prepare Camera".
- Scan the QR code on the camera.
- Follow the APP prompts to complete adding the camera.

Precautions for Adding Camera
SIM Card:
- Confirm whether the camera has a built-in SIM card. If not, please insert the external SIM card provided in the package.
- Please refer to the actual device for the location of the QR code on the camera.
4G Data Service:
- When the 4G data service of your device expires, you will not be able to receive alarm messages, watch live broadcasts, or access playback functions. Please renew the 4G data service in time.
FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions)
Q: What should I do if the device shows offline in the APP device list?
A:
- Check if the power supply connected to the device is normal.
- If there is an SD card on the device, remove it, then reboot the device and router to see if it can go online.
- Check the 4G card traffic. If the traffic is insufficient, please top up in the app.
Q: What should I do if I can't watch the video on card playback?
A: Ensure the video switch is turned on normally. If the switch is on but still no video, navigate to [Settings] > [Video Settings] > Formatting.
Q: What should I do if an abnormal alert occurs in the camera?
A:
- "Network connection failure" prompt: This indicates a poor network connection. Check if the antenna is connected properly and compare the signal with your mobile phone signal.
- "Initialization failure" prompt: If there is an SD card, please remove it first and try again. If multiple attempts still result in "initialization failure", please contact the merchant for assistance.
Cautions
- Please disconnect the power supply before inserting or removing the card; otherwise, the card may be damaged.
- The camera supports up to 256GB SD cards with FAT32/exFAT format.
- The device uses loop recording technology. When the SD card is full, the camera will automatically overwrite the earliest video.
- Do not install the product in environments with high temperature, high humidity, excessive dust, smoke, or other harsh conditions, as this may cause equipment damage.
- Yoosee App and device firmware are updated periodically. If prompted to upgrade, please upgrade online.
- To watch the device monitoring on a Windows computer, download and install the Yoosee PC software from www.yoosee.co.
