Tools and Hardware Overview

Tools required: Phillips screwdriver, flathead screwdriver, pencil, hammer, drill.

Drill bits: Ø 8 mm (5/16"), Ø 3 mm (1/8").

Assembly Instructions

Step 1

Insert dowels (109221) and screw in cam lock screws (105248) into the pre-drilled holes on the side panels.

Step 2

Insert cam locks (105248) into the base and top panels. Attach cam lock screws (118331) to the corresponding holes on the side panels.

Step 3

Attach an L-bracket (326949) to one of the side panels using screws (100823, 109049). This is part of the anti-tip securing mechanism.

Step 4

Insert cam lock screws (123840) into the base and top panels.

Step 5

Assemble the main frame. Connect the side panels to the base and top panels using the inserted dowels (101345) and secure them by turning the cam locks (105248).

Step 6

Attach back panel connectors (105494) to the side panels using screws (100001, 100214).

Step 7

Slide the back panels into the grooves on the side panels and base/top panels.

Step 8

Insert shelf supports (119030) into the pre-drilled holes on the inside of the side panels.

Step 9

Attach the top panel to the side panels using spring bolts (100214) and cam lock screws (100001).

Step 10

Secure the top panel by inserting and turning cam locks (119030) into the side panels.

Step 11

Attach the bottom panel to the side panels using cam lock screws (105248).

Step 12

Attach cam lock screws (118331) to the drawer base panel.

Step 13

Assemble the drawer sides and back panel. Connect them using the provided hardware.

Step 14

Attach the drawer front panel to the assembled drawer sides, securing it with cam locks (119030).

Step 15

Attach the bracket (103717) to the side of the drawer using screws (109041).

Step 16

Attach the second bracket (103717) to the other side of the drawer using screws (109041).

Step 17

Carefully slide the assembled drawer into the cabinet.

Step 18

Place the top cover panel onto the cabinet.

Step 19

Attach the top panel to the cabinet structure.

Step 20

Secure the top panel using 15x screws (Part No. 105494).

Step 21

Further secure the top panel using 15x screws (Part No. 105494).

Step 22

Insert shelf supports (153548) into the desired height positions on the inside of the cabinet.

Step 23

Attach hinges (109338) to the doors using screws (105248).

Step 24

Wall Mounting: This step details how to secure the furniture to the wall to prevent tipover. It shows drilling holes into the wall using appropriate drill bits (Ø 8 mm or Ø 3 mm) and wall plugs (e.g., 100823). Then, attach the anti-tip bracket (326949) to the wall and the furniture.

Step 25

Drill holes in the cabinet for the anti-tip bracket attachment.

Step 26

Attach the hinge mounting plates (100823) to the inside of the cabinet frame using screws (109048).

Step 27

Attach the hinges (101558) to the cabinet doors.

Step 28

Mount the doors onto the cabinet by connecting the hinges to the mounting plates.
