Q&A
Q1: How to enter stereo mode?
Stereo mode requires two speakers to be used simultaneously. For an enhanced music experience, it is recommended to purchase two SoundPEATS Halo speakers.
Q2: How long can the speaker play with a single charge?
The speaker can operate continuously for 8 hours on a single charge. If the speaker is not in use for a long time, please turn it off or deactivate your phone's Bluetooth. The speaker will automatically power off after 3 minutes of inactivity.
Q3: Why two speakers can not enter stereo pairing?
Please confirm that both speakers have successfully connected to a mobile device. If they have, clear the pairing records of the speakers from the mobile device. Ensure the two speakers are paired with each other. The LED of the main speaker will flash blue and green, while the second speaker's LED stays green. After these steps, activate Bluetooth on the mobile device and select "SOUNDPEATS Halo" from the Bluetooth list to pair.
