ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

General Installation Notes

1. Two or more people are needed to complete the installation.
2. Please protect the wires and remote control accessories from damage during installation.
3. Professional installation is highly recommended.
4. Assemble on a flat, clean and soft surface.

Using Cam Lock and Quickfit

Tighten quickfit until its shoulder is flush with the panel. Do not overtighten or undertighten. (Visual: A screw with a cross mark indicating incorrect tightening and a checkmark indicating correct tightening).

When fitting a cam lock, ensure the starting position is correct before inserting the connecting quickfit. (Visual: Diagrams showing correct and incorrect initial positions of the cam lock).

The quickfit head should be in the center of the cam lock when the two panels are joined. The cam lock should be inserted before the quickfit. Turn the cam lock clockwise to tighten. (Visual: Step-by-step diagrams illustrating quickfit insertion and cam lock tightening).

Pre-Fix Drawer Runner Instructions

Pull the inner and outer drawer runners apart before fixing them to panels. (Visual: Diagram showing a drawer runner partially separated).

Slide the drawer runners apart until the drawer lock can be seen, as shown. (Visual: Diagram showing the drawer runner fully extended with the lock mechanism visible).

Press and hold the drawer runner lock and then continue to slide the drawer runners apart, as shown. (Visual: Diagram showing the lock being pressed and the runner separating further).

Your inner and outer drawer runners are now ready to be fixed to panels. (Visual: Diagram showing the inner and outer runners completely separated).

Important Note: When installing the outer guide rail, use the guide rail notch to assemble towards the inner direction of the drawer. Fix the screws according to the marked position. If the installed position is changed, adjust it side-to-side at the marked position.

Assembly Steps

Attach 5x Item E (quickfits) to Item 6 and 3x Item E to Item 10. Attach 1x Item J (short drawer runner) to Item 6 and 1x Item J to Item 10 using 6x Item K (screws). Attach 11x Item E (quickfits) to Item 7. Attach 1x Item J (short drawer runner) to Item 7 using 8x Item K (screws). Rotate Item 7 by 180 degrees. Connect Item 6 and Item 10 to Item 7 using 5x Item F (cam locks) and 3x Item G (dowels).

Attach 1x Item E (quickfit) to Item 5. Attach 1x Item J (short drawer runner) to Item 5 using 12x Item K (screws). Attach 1x Item E (quickfit) to Item 8 and 1x Item E to Item 9. Connect Item 5 to Item 8 and Item 9 using 6x Item G (dowels) and 2x Item F (cam locks).

Attach 8x Item E (quickfits) to Item 3. Connect Item 3 to Item 2 using 2x Item F (cam locks). Attach 8x Item E (quickfits) to Item 1. Connect Item 1 to Item 2 using 2x Item F (cam locks).

Attach 15x Item E (quickfits) to Item 4. Connect Item 4 to Item 2 and Item 3 using 6x Item F (cam locks). Rotate the assembled unit by 180 degrees. Attach remaining Item E (quickfits) to the designated holes on Item 4.

Attach 7x Item F (cam locks) to Item 1 and 8x Item F to Item 2. Connect Item 1 and Item 2 to Item 4 using Item G (dowels) and Item F (cam locks). Connect Item 5 to the main structure using Item G (dowels) and Item F (cam locks).

Attach 1x Item M (cable clip) and 1x Item N (LED driver/power supply) to the back of the main unit. Secure them using 4x Item D (screws). Route the 1x Item P (power cord) as needed, installing at a location based on your needs.

Attach 1x Item I (long drawer runner) to Item 18 and 1x Item I to Item 19 using 4x Item K (screws). Connect Item 17 to Item 18 and Item 19 using 4x Item C (screws). Insert 1x Item 20 into the assembled drawer frame.

Attach 2x Item E (quickfits) to Item 21. Attach 2x Item A (screws) to Item 21. Attach 1x Item H (handle) to Item 21. Connect Item 19 to Item 21 using 4x Item F (cam locks). Connect Item 18 to Item 21 using 4x Item F (cam locks).

For each of the three drawers: Attach 3x Item E (quickfits) to Item 12, 3x Item E to Item 13, 3x Item E to Item 14, and 3x Item E to Item 15. Attach 12x Item C (screws) to Item 12, Item 13, Item 14, and Item 15. Attach 12x Item I (long drawer runners) to Item 13 and Item 14 using 6x Item K (screws). Insert 3x Item 15 into the assembled drawer frame.

For each of the three drawers: Attach 6x Item E (quickfits) to Item 16. Attach 12x Item A (screws) to Item 16. Attach 3x Item H (handle) to Item 16. Connect Item 14 to Item 16 using 12x Item F (cam locks). Connect Item 13 to Item 16 using 12x Item F (cam locks).

Insert the assembled drawers (from Steps 8, 9, 10, and 11) into the main cabinet structure. The image shows three smaller drawers (Item 16) and one larger drawer (Item 21) being inserted into their respective compartments.

Connect 1x Item P (power cord) to the LED driver (Item N) and route it. Attach 11x Item R (wall plug and screw) and 12x Item S (cable management clip) to the back of the cabinet. Ensure the red line is connected to the blue line for electrical connection.

After the cabinet assembly, install the 1x Item Q (wall fixing device) on the back of the cabinet to avoid accidents. Install at a location based on your needs. (Visual: Diagrams show the wall fixing device being attached to the rear panel and then secured to a wall space).

Attach 2x Item E (quickfits) to Item 23, 2x Item E to Item 24, and 2x Item E to Item 25. Attach 4x Item G (dowels) to Item 23, 4x Item G to Item 24, and 4x Item G to Item 25. Attach 14x Item B (screws) to Item 23, Item 24, and Item 25. Connect Item 23, Item 24, and Item 25 using 14x Item F (cam locks) and Item G (dowels) to form the stool structure.

Installation Completed. The final image shows the fully assembled vanity table with mirror and stool.
