Operation Guide

The iHome XT-77 True Wireless Earbuds consist of two earbuds and a charging travel case. Each earbud features an Indicator LED, a Control Surface for touch commands, and a Cushion for comfortable fit.

The charging case includes a USB-C Charging Port for input power and a Power Out USB Port for charging other devices. The case also has an LED display indicating battery percentage (e.g., "100%") and individual battery levels for the left (L) and right (R) earbuds.

Getting Started

Before initial use, fully charge the device. Charging instructions are detailed in the "Charging" section.

Initial Setup and Syncing

Open the charging case and remove the earbuds. The LED lights on both earbuds will flash red and blue. One earbud will continue to flash red and blue, while the other earbud flashes blue, indicating that the right and left earbuds have synced to each other.

Pairing with a Device

1. Navigate to the Bluetooth® Settings on the mobile device.
2. Ensure Bluetooth® is turned ON on the device.
3. From the list of available devices, select "iHome XT-77".
4. The earbud indicator LEDs will flash blue to confirm a successful connection.

Basic Functions

Right Earbud Controls

• Play/Pause Audio: Double tap the control surface.
• Skip to Next Track: Tap and hold the control surface for one second.
• Increase Volume: Single tap the control surface.

Left Earbud Controls

• Play/Pause Audio: Double tap the control surface.
• Skip to Previous Track: Tap and hold the control surface for one second.
• Decrease Volume: Single tap the control surface.

Phone Call Management

When an incoming call is received, the earbuds will pause audio playback and ring to alert the user. Phone call functions are available on either earbud.

• Answer Incoming Call: Single tap the control button on either earbud.
• End Call: Double tap the control surface.
• Reject Incoming Call: Tap and hold the control surface.

*Volume controls may not function during phone calls with some smartphone models.

Troubleshooting

Earbuds do not sync with each other:

1. Place the earbuds back into the charging case, then remove them, ensuring both earbuds are powered on.
2. On each earbud, press and hold the control surface for 5 seconds. The earbud's LED will flash purple 3 times before turning off.
3. Replace the earbuds in the charging case.
4. Repeat the "Getting Started" process.

Earbuds do not pair to a device:

1. Turn the Earbuds OFF by pressing the control surface on each earbud until the LED blinks red and then turns off.
2. Replace the earbuds in the case. Turn the device's Bluetooth® OFF and then back ON. Then repeat the pairing process.

Charging

To charge the earbuds, place them in the charging case.

Wire Charging the Case

1. Connect the USB-C charging cable to the USB-C charging port located on the back of the case.
2. Plug the cable into a standard USB 5V/1A or higher power output source.

Wireless Charging the Case

1. Place the charging case on a wireless charging pad that is connected to a power source (charging pad not included).

When the case is connected to a wired or wireless power source, the LED indicator will display the current charge level of each earbud and the case itself. The LED light will turn off when fully charged or when the case is removed from the power source.

Once fully charged, promptly remove the charging case from the power source.

Charging Earbuds from Case Battery

To charge the earbuds using the internal battery of the charging case, simply place them inside the case. They will automatically begin charging from the built-in case battery.

Charging Other Devices from Case

To charge another device from the case, carefully open the Power Out USB port cover and plug in the device using its USB power cable (cable not included).

• Avoid leaving the device in direct sunlight, such as on a vehicle dashboard, console, or seat.
• Do not leave or use the device in areas where temperatures may drop below 32°F (0°C) or exceed 140°F (60°C), such as inside a closed vehicle on a hot day.
• Repairs to electrical equipment should only be performed by a qualified electrician to avoid serious risk.
• Protect hearing by listening at safe volume levels. Prolonged use at elevated volumes may affect hearing capacity and lead to hearing loss.
• Use the earbuds exclusively with their designated charging case.
• To prevent damage to the charging case, use only a USB 5V/1A or higher charger.
• To ensure battery life, charge the device normally at least once a month.

Bytech NY INC. provides a warranty for this product to be materially free from defects and workmanship to the original purchaser for a period of 12 months from the original purchase date. Bytech's responsibility under this limited warranty is solely limited to the repair or replacement, at its option, of any product that fails during normal consumer use.

This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from misuse, neglect, accident, alteration, abuse, improper installation, or maintenance. If the product fails due to defects in material or workmanship within the 12-month period following purchase, the defective product should be returned (with freight prepaid) with proof of purchase.
