Product Overview

The NVS-10380020CS is a Ceiling Speaker with a built-in 70V/100V transformer. It can be switched between the voltage terminal and the ohms terminal. The transmission occurs in a high-voltage, low-current environment, which allows for longer transmission distances and parallel connections of multiple loudspeakers. The speaker features a built-in 5" driver with a wide frequency response (60-20,000Hz) and a 20W rated power output. Constructed from high-quality engineering plastic, it ensures long-term durability, maintains its shape, and resists color fading. This speaker is an ideal choice for industrial and commercial applications such as hotels, schools, offices, and factories where background music and paging are required.

Product Dimension

The speaker has a diameter of 198mm and a height of 224mm. The cutout size required for installation is Ø170mm.

Installation Instructions

Pull the net by the net hook (refer to Figure 1).
Cut a Ø170mm installation hole in the ceiling using the provided cutout template (refer to Figure 2).
Pass the public address wire through the wire-protecting pipe to connect to the speaker's terminal. Secure the strain relief fitting and the terminal cover plate (refer to Figure 3).
Select the desired power output using the power selecting knob (refer to Figure 4). Options include 5W, 10W, 20W, and an 8Ω setting.
Attach the auxiliary support line through the support ring to another secure point (refer to Figure 5).
Push the speaker into the installation hole and turn the installing screws to fix the speaker securely to the ceiling (refer to Figure 6).
Push the net into the plastic panel.
Adjust the speaker's direction and confirm it is steady.

Frequency Response: The speaker offers a frequency response from 60Hz to 20kHz, with a sensitivity of 90dB (1W@1M) and a maximum SPL of 103dB (1M).

Distortion: Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) is less than 1.5% at 1W, 1m, between 100Hz and 10kHz.

Directivity Pattern: The speaker provides a wide coverage angle of 175 degrees.
