Installation Instructions
Follow these steps carefully to install the roof rack system:
Step 1: Preparation
Identify all components: [KIT] parts, [FOOT PACK], Evo, and Edge components. Page 2, Step 1 shows an overview of the kit and foot pack parts.
Step 2: Foot Pack Assembly - Part A
Attach part A to the Foot Pack. Page 2, Step 2 shows part A being fitted onto the base of the foot pack.
Step 3: Foot Pack Assembly - Part B
Insert parts B into the Foot Pack. Page 2, Step 3 shows multiple parts B being inserted upwards into slots on the foot pack.
Step 4: Foot Pack Assembly - Part C
Attach part C to the assembly. Page 2, Step 4 shows part C being placed over the assembled foot pack components.
Step 5: Securing Components
Secure the parts using screws (x2 per foot pack). Page 2, Step 5 shows screws being used to fasten components.
Step 6: Final Assembly and Torque
Complete the foot pack assembly. Ensure all parts are correctly fitted. The recommended torque for securing bolts is 4 Nm. Page 2, Step 6 shows the completed foot pack assembly and a torque wrench symbol indicating 4 Nm.
Vehicle Fitment
The kit is designed for specific mounting points on the vehicle roof:
