Knowing Your Screen
1.1 Exploded Overview
This section provides an exploded view of the projector screen's components. It details the various parts of the frame assembly, including inner frames (labeled 1, 1-A, 1-B, 1-C), outer frames (labeled 10, 10-A, 10-B, 10-C), corner connectors, support rods, fiberglass strips (7-A Long, 7-B Short), springs, and hooks. The diagram illustrates how these components fit together during assembly.

Assembling Your Screen
2.1 Assemble the Inner Frames
- Connect the horizontal frames and fasten them using the M5*7 screws.
- Insert the four corner connectors into the horizontal inner frames and secure the corners with M5*7 screws. This process involves aligning frame pieces and using screws at connection points.
- Install the support rod vertically to the horizontal frames using the M4*8 screws.
2.2 Assemble the Screen
- Put on gloves ? and place a clean cloth or the packaging material on a flat, clean, and level surface.
- Unroll the screen, place it face down on the cloth, and carefully insert the fiberglass strips (7-A Long, 7-B Short) into the screen sides. Handle with care to avoid any creases on the screen.
- Place the assembled frames onto the back side of the screen. Note: The short-focus anti-light screen is directional and must be correctly aligned with the frames.
- Fix the screen onto the frame using all the springs. Follow the indicated order: first the corners, then the short sides, and finally the long sides. This involves attaching springs to grooves on the frame and screen.
- Hold the screen upright to ensure it is taut and flat. Adjust the springs as needed until no creases are observed. Note: After extended use, the screen may become less taut. To re-flatten it, attach the springs to the innermost groove.
Mount on the Wall
2.3 Assemble the Outer Frames
- Place the outer frames against the inner frames. Align the four corners and secure them with the included M4*8 screws.
- Attach the plastic corner protectors onto the four corners of the assembled frame.
2.4 Mount on the Wall
- Estimate the wall mount area for the screen. The lower edge of the screen should be positioned 60-80 cm (23.6-31.5 inches) above the ground.
- Measure the precise distances between the spots where the wall brackets will be mounted, using the included level ruler for accuracy.
- Ensure the screen is correctly assembled. Wrap the screen front with the provided cloth to protect it from damage or scratches during handling.
- Drill holes at the marked positions and install the four wall brackets using the wall anchors with screws. Ensure the brackets are level using the level ruler.
Illustrations show the screen being wrapped with cloth and adhesive tape for protection. Another illustration depicts drilling holes into a wall and mounting the wall brackets using wall drilling templates, wall anchors with screws, upper wall brackets, and lower wall brackets.
2.5 Screen Height Adjustment
Adjust the screen height by modifying the screws in the lower holes of the upper wall bracket. This allows for an adjustable range of 0-50 mm.
Diagrams show the process of mounting the screen onto the wall brackets, illustrating how the screen engages with the brackets. Another diagram shows the adjustment mechanism for screen height via screws on the upper wall bracket.
