Getting Started: Setup Instructions
Step 1: Connect Your Modem
Unbox the device. Plug in the power cable (included) and a coaxial cable (not included) from your Internet Service Provider.

Step 2: Download and Install the SURFboard Central App
Download and install the SURFboard Central mobile app to set up and manage your device.

Accessing Your Device via Web Interface
After product activation, you can access your device's settings by connecting an Ethernet cable between your desktop/laptop and your Wi-Fi cable modem. Then, navigate to 192.168.100.1
in a web browser.

Note: The default login is case-sensitive.
