WHAT IS SOUS VIDE COOKING?
Sous Vide (French for "under vacuum") is also known as low-temperature cooking with prolonged times. It's a culinary technique where food is cooked in an airtight bag or glass jar, immersed in a water bath at a precise temperature for an extended period compared to normal cooking (typically 1-7 hours, sometimes up to 72 hours or more).
Low-temperature cooking uses temperatures well below those of normal cooking. For example, red meat is typically cooked between 55°C-60°C (130°F-140°F), poultry between 66°C-71°C (150°F-160°F), and vegetables at higher temperatures. The goal is to cook food uniformly, ensuring the interior is fully cooked without overcooking the exterior, while retaining moisture. This method is widely used in five-star hotel kitchens.
The KitchenBoss immersion circulator is designed for low-temperature cooking. This technique has been used for years by many renowned chefs and luxury restaurants. The slogan "KitchenBoss®, Solution for Kitchens!" reflects the commitment to providing solutions that allow anyone to cook like a celebrity, making low-temperature cooking perfectly and easily achievable.

DISPLAY
The default display shows the current water temperature in Celsius. During cooking, you can switch to view the remaining cooking time by pressing and holding the "SETTINGS" button. The temperature unit displayed can be changed using the °C/°F switch button.
COUNTDOWN DISPLAY BAR
The LED bar on the circulator indicates the cooking status:
- STANDBY: All 10 LEDs are lit. If the product is not turned on within 1 minute, all LEDs turn off.
- HEATING UP: LEDs on the bar sequentially illuminate to show the progress until the set temperature is reached. Once the set temperature is achieved, the top LED lights up.
- COUNTDOWN: For every 10% of the set cooking time that passes, the top LED turns off, and the next LED blinks. When the total cooking time is completed, the product automatically stops and enters standby mode.
NOTE: If problems occur, all 10 LEDs will blink simultaneously. Refer to the "Troubleshooting" section.
HOW TO START COOKING
Follow these steps to begin cooking with your KitchenBoss immersion circulator:
