Important Safety Precautions

This instruction manual is included with the kettle and contains important information regarding its operation. If the product is passed on to a third party for use, please ensure the manual and safety instructions are also passed on.

Before using this appliance, the following basic precautions must always be observed:

• Do not touch the power base or hot surfaces during or immediately after use. Use the handle.
• Water level must be below the MAX mark to prevent hot water splashing.
• Ensure the lid is securely closed when the kettle is operating.
• Keep away from steam overflow from the steam outlet.
• Use only parts supplied with the product.
• Unplug the appliance when not in use.
• Improper handling may damage the product.
• Do NOT immerse the appliance in liquid.
• Do NOT use the electric kettle outdoors.
• This product is intended only for heating water. Using it for other purposes may damage it.
• Keep away from heat, direct sunlight, humidity, sharp edges, etc.
• Regularly check that the kettle and cord are not damaged and do not use if they are.
• If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, a service agent, or a similarly qualified person to avoid danger.
• Children over 8 years old, accompanied by their parents, can use and clean the product.
• Keep the kettle out of reach of children (ensure the cord does not hang down).

Attention! After removing the product from packaging, check that the delivery is complete or undamaged. If damaged, do not use it.

Using the Electric Kettle

• Fill the kettle with water. Do not overfill the kettle and keep the water level below the MAX mark (Min/Max Capacity 0.8/1.7 L).
• Place the kettle on the base.
• Check that the voltage you wish to use is the same as the kettle's. For details, refer to the label on the kettle base.
• Set the appliance to position '1' to start.
• After boiling, the kettle switches off automatically. Remove the kettle from the power base.
• Do not open the lid when pouring water.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Attention! Please follow the instructions below to regularly remove limescale deposits from the kettle. Before cleaning, unplug the kettle and let it cool down. Never immerse the cord, plug, power base, or any other part of the kettle in water or any other liquid.

Attention! Do not use steel wool or any other abrasive material. Do not use strong detergents to clean the kettle.

Exterior of the Kettle

Wipe the exterior of the kettle with a damp cloth, then dry it with a dry cloth. Do not use strong chemical products or abrasive cleaners, as this may damage the kettle's surface.

Interior of the Kettle

Limescale may accumulate inside the kettle after a period of use. To remove limescale:

1. Fill the kettle halfway with water and vinegar or lemon juice (citric acid), or use a special descaler available in specialized stores.
2. Let the kettle stand for one hour, then boil the water.
3. Empty the kettle and rinse thoroughly with cold water.
4. Repeat steps 1 to 3 as needed.
5. To remove the vinegar smell, boil water several times, then empty it.
6. Wipe the interior and exterior surfaces of the kettle with a cloth.
7. Descaling prevents damage to the kettle.

CE: For the EU market, the 'CE' mark is a mandatory certification mark indicating that the product meets the essential requirements of the EU directive 'Technical Harmonization and Standardization New Method'.

RoHS: It is used to standardize the material and process standards of electrical and electronic products to make them more conducive to human health and environmental protection.
