  3. Where can I purchase the latest Samsung Galaxy?

    The latest Galaxy devices are available in-stores at Singtel shops, online via www.singtel.com/galaxyz, and Singtel flagship stores on Lazada, Shopee, and FairPrice.

  4. I am interested in the latest Samsung Galaxy devices. How can I purchase the phone?

    Get it with or without a plan via Singtel.

    Devices with plan:

    1. Phone plans with a 2-year contract.
    2. SIM Only plans with Singtel PayLater at $0 upfront and 12-, 24-, 36-month instalments via your Singtel bill.

    Devices without plan:

    1. Get the device and charge it to your Singtel bill via Singtel PayLater with 12-, 24- or 36-months instalments. (Only applicable for Singtel Mobile customers subject to credit rating)
    2. Available at Regular Retail Price (“RRP") with full upfront payment.

  5. How do I check if I am eligible for recontract?

    1. You can log in to your My Singtel app, select 'Manage plan' and select mobile number.
    2. Log in to My Account and select your mobile number.

  6. Is the islandwide launch open to all customers?

    Yes, these promotions are available for both non-Singtel and Singtel customers (including Res and CIS customers).

  7. What kind of SIM card does the Samsung Galaxy Z Series require?

    A Nano SIM is required to enjoy Singtel's extensive 5G network coverage. You will need to change your SIM card to a 5G SIM and be on a 5G enabled plan.

  8. Can I use a Singtel eSIM with the Samsung Galaxy Z Series?

    You can choose to change out your existing SIM to an eSIM when you recontract or select an eSIM option if you are signing up for a new line with Singtel.com for free.

  9. How many SIM Card slots are there in the Samsung Galaxy Z Series?

    The Galaxy Z Fold7 comes with the option to configure usage of either 2 nano SIM slots, 1 nano SIM slot + 1 eSIM, or 2 eSIMs. The Galaxy Z Flip7 comes with the option to configure usage of either 1 nano SIM slot +1 eSIM or 2 eSIMs. The Galaxy Z Flip7 FE comes with the option to configure usage of either 1 nano SIM slot + 1 eSIM or 2 eSIMs.

    A one-time bill rebate with the corresponding values will be given to customers who purchase the phone via Singtel PayLater in 12-, 24-, or 36-months instalments.

    The bill rebate will be reflected in your Singtel bill within 1-2 billing cycles and will be used to deduct any outstanding payments until fully utilised. Singtel reserves the right to clawback all bill rebates given if the contract is terminated or defaulted upon.

    (ii) $130 off Samsung Galaxy Z Foldables with 24 months MobileSwop Unlimited Premium Subscription

    Customer who signs up for MobileSwop Unlimited Premium on a 24-month term will enjoy an additional $130 off Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7 FE | Flip7 | Fold7 on a 2 years Price Plan.

  1. What is Singtel PayLater?

    Singtel PayLater: Singtel PayLater is an interest-free installment program that includes mobile device installment payment plans in 12, 24, or 36 months with your Singtel bill.

  2. Who is eligible for Singtel PayLater?

    This is applicable to all Singtel mobile customers who are Singaporeans, Permanent residents, or Employment Pass holders, age 21 years and above with a good credit rating.

    Each customer can sign up for up to 3 Singtel PayLater plans per NRIC.
