IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
This product has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other) as a feature to reduce the risk of electric shock. This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Never use with an extension cord unless plug can be fully inserted. Do not attempt to defeat the safety purpose of the polarized attachment plug. Do not alter the plug.

Assembly Instructions
Step 1: Attach Lamp Body
Secure the main owl-shaped lamp body using three screws (3x). Use a screwdriver ? to tighten the screws into the designated holes. Arrows indicate the direction of insertion and tightening.

Step 2: Attach Base
Attach the circular base to the bottom of the lamp body. An arrow indicates the direction of attachment.

Step 3: Install Light Bulb

Step 4: Connect Lamp Body to Base

Step 5: Secure Lamp Body

Bulb Replacement
When changing the bulb, use only a GUZ 5.3 LED bulb.
