Getting Started
Before using your phone, read the included safety, legal, and regulatory information.
Device Overview:
The phone features a microphone, main camera, ultra-wide/macro camera, earpiece/speaker, front camera, SIM and microSD card tray, NFC touchpoint, light sensor, proximity and light sensor, volume buttons, power button, and a USB-C port.
Note: For headset use, a USB-C headset is required. A 3.5mm to USB-C adapter is needed for 3.5mm headsets. Headsets and adapters may be sold separately.
Inserting SIM/microSD Cards and Powering On
- Insert the SIM tool into the SIM/microSD card tray hole to eject the tray. Ensure you use the correct size SIM card and do not cut it.
- Insert the SIM card(s) with gold contacts facing down, then gently push the tray back into the slot. Add a microSD card (optional, sold separately) for extra storage.
- To turn on the phone, press and hold the power button, then follow the on-screen instructions. To turn off, press and hold the power and volume up buttons simultaneously.
eSIM Option: Your phone may support eSIM in addition to a physical SIM card. Contact your service provider for activation details.
5G Connectivity: A 5G service plan and network coverage are required. Availability may be limited to specific areas. The device may not be compatible with all 5G networks. Contact your service provider for details.

- Ventilation Opening: Ensure protective accessories do not block the ventilation opening to prevent noise during calls or media playback.
- Screen Protector: Screen protectors may reduce touchscreen sensitivity. Do not use protectors thicker than 0.5 mm.

- Charging and Battery Safety: The phone's battery should only be removed by qualified personnel following Motorola-approved manuals. Follow instructions to prevent burns or injuries. If the phone becomes unresponsive, press and hold the power button until the screen turns off and the phone restarts.
The phone supports QC and USB PD fast charging. Use chargers between 5W and 33W for optimal charging speed. Use Motorola-approved chargers for best results. Avoid using chargers that do not meet national standards, as they may be unsafe or damage the device. Do not charge the phone in temperatures below -20°C (-4°F) or above 45°C (113°F).
High Volume Warning: Avoid listening at high volumes for extended periods to prevent hearing damage. A warning will appear when the headset volume reaches a high threshold.
Disposal and Recycling
Do not dispose of the battery or mobile device with household waste. Visit www.motorola.com/recycling for information on responsible product and packaging recycling.
Temperature Guidelines
Do not use the phone in temperatures below -20°C (-4°F) or above 45°C (113°F). Do not store or transport the phone in temperatures below -20°C (-4°F) or above 60°C (140°F).
