Installation Steps
-
Step 1: Attaching the TV Brackets to Your TV
Select TV Bolts: Hand thread bolts (M4, M6, or M8) into the TV's threaded inserts to find the correct fit. Screw in at least five turns, but do not go past the bottom of the hole.
Spacer and Bolt Configurations:
- Option A: For Flat Back TVs: Add spacers as needed to fit the bolt length and TV back.
- Option B: For Curved Back TVs: Use spacers tall enough to prevent interference with the mounting plate.
- Option C: For TVs with a Bump: Ensure TV brackets are flush on the bump and leveled with spacers.
- Option D: For TVs with Protruding Cables: Use spacers to create extra space between the TV and brackets.
- Option E: For TVs with Recessed Holes: Use spacers to fill recessed holes, keeping brackets close to the TV.
Note: The TV brackets should be equally centered and securely fastened.
-
Step 2: Assembling the Base
- Attach the foot pads [J] to the bottom of the wood base, leaving a small gap between the edge and the pads.
- Attach the bottom cover [06] and lower support pillar [07] to the wood base using washers [C] and bolts [B]. Note: The raised edge of the base plate should face up. Use Allen Key M1 for this step.
-
Step 3: Attaching the Support Pillar
- Connect the middle support pillar [08] to the lower support pillar [07] using bolts [C] and [D] and Allen Key M2.
- Attach the upper support pillar [09] to the middle support pillar [08] using bolts [E], [F], [G] and nuts [H] with Wrench N2.
-
Step 4: Securing the TV Plate to the Support Pillar
Note: There are three height adjustment options. Connect the TV plate [10] to the upper support pillar [09] at your desired height.
Secure the TV plate using bolts [A] and [I] with Allen Key M1 and Wrench N1.
-
Step 5: Mounting the TV on the TV Plate
The TV brackets have three sets of hooks (#1, #2, #3) for different height positions. Choose the appropriate hooks before hanging your TV. #1 is lowest, #2 adds height, #3 is highest.
Note: This step may require assistance due to the weight of the TV.
-
Step 6: Cable Management
Insert safety locks [K] into the upward-facing hooks below the TV plate and tighten bolts. Use cable clips [L] to manage cables along the support pillar.
