Thank you for purchasing this Hendi appliance. Read this manual carefully, paying particular attention to the safety regulations outlined below, before installing and using this appliance for the first time.
Safety regulations
· This appliance is intended for buffet and household use.
· Only use the appliance for the intended purpose it was designed for as described in this
manual.
· The manufacturer is not liable for any damage caused by incorrect operation and
improper use.
· Keep the appliance and electrical plug away from water and other liquids. In the event
the appliance falls into water, immediately remove the power plug from the socket. Do
not use the appliance until it has been checked by a certified technician. Failure to follow
these instructions will cause life threatening risks.
· Never attempt to open the housing of the appliance by yourself.
· Do not insert objects into the housing of the appliance.
· Do not touch the plug with wet or damp hands.
· Danger of electric shock! Do not attempt to repair the appliance by yourself, repairs
are only to be conducted by qualified personnel.
· Never use a damaged appliance! When it's damaged, disconnect the appliance from the
socket and contact the retailer.

· Warning! Do not immerse the electrical parts of the appliance in water or other liquids.
· Never hold the appliance under running water.
· Regularly check the power plug and cord for any damage. When damaged it must be
replaced by a service agent or similarly qualified person in order to avoid danger or injury.
· Make sure the cord does not come in contact with sharp or hot objects and keep it away
from open fire. Never pull the power cord to unplug it from the socket, always pull the
plug instead.
· Make sure that the power cord and/or extension cord do not cause a trip hazard.
· Never leave the appliance unattended during use.
· Warning! As long as the plug is in the socket the appliance is connected to the power
source.
· Turn off the appliance before unplugging it from the socket.
· Connect the power plug to an easily accessible electrical socket so that in case of emergency
the appliance can be unplugged immediately.
· Never carry the appliance by the cord.
· Do not use any extra devices that are not supplied together with the appliance.
· Only connect the appliance to an electrical outlet with the voltage and frequency mentioned
on the appliance label.
· Never use accessories other than those recommended by the manufacturer. Failure to do
so could pose a safety risk to the user and could damage the appliance. Only use original
parts and accessories.

· This appliance should not be operated by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or persons that have a lack of experience and knowledge.
· This appliance should, under any circumstances, not be used by children. · Keep the appliance and its power cord out of reach of children. · WARNING: ALWAYS switch off the appliance and unplug from power socket before
cleaning, maintenance or storage. Special Safety Regulations · This appliance is designed for cooking a variety of food via heating the cookware. Any
other use may lead to damage of the appliance or personal injury. · Use the appliance only as described in this manual. · This appliance should be operated by trained personnel in kitchen of the restaurant,
canteens or bar staff, etc. · Caution! Danger of burns! The temperature of the heating surface and other acces-
sible surface is very high during use. Touch the control panel only. · Do not place the appliance near objects that may be affected by a magnetic field TVs,
radios, bank cards and credit cards. · Do not place the appliance on a heating object (gas, electric, charcoal cooker, etc.) Keep
the appliance away from any hot surfaces and open flames. Always operate the appliance on a level, stable, clean, heat-resistant and dry surface. · Make sure the appliance is not placed near water vapour or greasy vapours. The fan inEN side of the appliance will take in these vapours and this will cause grease or moisture to accumulate in the appliance which may result in a short-circuit in the appliance. · This appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or separate remote-control system. · Metallic objects such as knives, forks, spoons and lids should not be placed on the heating plate since they can get hot. · WARNING: Keep all ventilation openings in the appliance clear of obstruction. · WARNING: If the heating surface is cracked or damaged, switch off the appliance to avoid the possibility of electric shock. · Allow at least 20 cm spacing around the appliance for ventilation purpose during use. · Do not use hard utensils to hit the heating plate surface. Do not use water jet, flush directly with water or steam cleaner as the parts will get wet and electric shock might be resulted. · Take care when operating the appliance, as rings, watches and similar objects worn by the user could get hot when in close proximity to the heating surface. · Caution! Securely route the power cord if necessary in order to prevent unintentional pulling or contact with the heating surface. · Do not wash the appliance with water. Washing can cause leakages and increase the risk of electric shock. · Do not clean or store the appliance unless it is completely cooled down.

· Do not place empty cookware on the appliance during operation as this may damage the cookware.
· Only use the cookware of the type and size recommended. (See ---> Suitable cooking equipment).
Intended use · This appliance is intended for buffet and house-
hold use. · The appliance is designed only for cooking a vari-
ety of food via heating the suitable cookware. Any other use may lead to damage to the appliance or personal injury.
· Operating the appliance for any other purpose shall be deemed as a misuse of the device. The user shall be solely liable for improper use of the device.
Grounding installation This appliance is classified as protection class I and must be connected to a protective ground. Grounding reduces the risk of electric shock by providing an escape wire for the electric current.
This appliance is fitted with a power cord that has a grounding wire and grounded plug. The plug must be plugged into an outlet that is properly installed and grounded.

Preparations before using for the first time · Remove all protective packaging and wrapping. · Check to make sure the appliance is undamaged.
In case of incomplete delivery and damages. Please contact supplier (See ==> Warranty). · Clean the appliance before use (See ==> Cleaning and Maintenance). · Make sure the appliance is completely dry. · Place the appliance on a horizontal, stable and heat resist surface that is safe against water splashes. · Ensure that there is sufficient ventilation. Keep a minimum distance of 15 cm around the appliance.
· Do not place the appliance in close proximity to devices which are sensitive to disturbances by magnetic sources (e.g. radios, tape decks).
· Keep the packaging so you can properly store the appliance when it is not used for an extended period of time.
Note: Due to manufacturing residues, the appliance may emit a slight odor in the first few cycles. This is normal and does not indicate any defect or hazard. Make sure the appliance is well ventilated.

Note: Using a pan or pot that's not suitable for induction cooking may damage the appliance.
Operation · Place a suitable pan or pot at the centre of the
heating surface of the appliance. (See --> Suitable pans for the appliance). Note: Do not place empty pan as this may damage the pan and the appliance. · Connect the power plug to a suitable electrical supply outlet. On/Standby button (1) will be light up and the appliance now in Standby mode. · Then, switch On the appliance by pressing On/ Standby button (1) and Power button (7) will flash.
· Next, choose to press either the power button (7) or temperature button (6) to start cooking. If the timer button (2) is not set, the appliance will operate continuously.
· Once you have finished cooking, switch to Standby mode by pressing the On/Standby button (1). The digital display (4) and all buttons will go off except On/Standby button (1).
Note: If no any button on the control panel is pressed during operation for 2 hours, the appliance will then switch to Standby mode automatically.

Setting Power level · During operation, press the power button (7) to
activate. The indicator light (7) will light up. · Use the increase setting (3) or decrease setting
button (5) to increase or decrease the power lev-
el (Range: 100W ~ 1,800W for left; 100 ~ 1,700W for right). Both default power setting are same as 1000W. Higher power level is suitable for steaming.
Setting Temperature level · During operation, press the temperature button
(6) to activate. The indicator light (6) will light up. · Use the increase setting (3) or decrease setting
button (5) to increase or decrease the tempera-
ture level (Range: 35°C ~ 240°C). Default setting is 100°C. Higher temperature level is suitable for roasting, grilling or frying.
Setting Timer · After power or temperature setting for cooking,
you can opt for timer setting. Press the timer button (2) to activate. The indicator light (2) blinks. · The timer shown on the digital display (4) is in the form 0:00 (hours: minutes, below 10 minutes; minutes: seconds). · Then, press the increase setting (3) or decrease setting button (5) to increase or decrease the cooking time (Range: 0 min ~ 180 mins). Default setting is 0 min.
Note: - Set between 0 ~ 10 minutes, the time interval is 1
minute for each increment or decrement. - Set between 10 minutes ~ 60 minutes (1 hour),
the time interval is 5 minutes for each increment and 1 minute for each decrement. - Set between 60 minutes (1 hour) ~ 180 minutes (3 hours), the time interval is 10 minutes for each increment and 5 minutes for each decrement. · When the timer is set, it will be stored automatically within 5 seconds. The appliance will then start operation. It will display the remaining time EN and the power setting / temperature setting alternately on the display (4). · The appliance will switch off when the set time is elapsed and all the light indicators will go off.
Boost function This function can be activated only when both heating surfaces (left and right sides) are operated at the same time and at the power mode (i.e. Both power indicators (7) light up). · Press boost function (8) to increase the left side
of heating surface to 2,000W. The right side of heating will change to 1,500W. Boost indicator (8) will light up. · Press again to return to normal power.
Note: 1) Press and hold the increase setting button (3) or
decrease setting button (5) for fast adjustment. 2) After an extended period of operation, it is nor-
mal for the cooling fan inside to continue running in Standby mode for some time. Before unplug the appliance, wait until the cooling fan stops running. 3) The appliance's surface is still hot even after switch to Standby mode. Wait completely cool down before touching. 4) If no any button on the control panel is pressed during operation for 2 hours, the appliance will then switch to Standby mode automatically.

Clear all obstacles that around the appliance. Unplug the appliance, remove the pan or pot, wait until the appliance is completely cool down.
Cooling fan defective
Contact the supplier.
The pan or pot is overheated. Possibly, the pan becomes empty and appliance will shut down for protection.
Unplug the appliance, remove the pan or pot, wait until the appliance is completely cool down. And make sure water is inside the pan.

Cleaning and Maintenance Attention: Always unplug the appliance from the electrical power outlet and let it cool down completely before cleaning and storage.
Cleaning · Never immerse the appliance in water or other
liquids. · Clean the cooled exterior surface with a slightly
damp cloth or sponge with some mild soap solution. EN
Storage · Before storage, always make sure the appliance
has already been disconnected from the electrical outlet and cooled down completely.
· Never use abrasive sponges or detergents, steel wool or metallic utensils to clean the interior or exterior parts of the appliance.
· Store the appliance in a cool, clean and dry place. · Never put heavy objects on the heating surface
during storage as it may crack it.
Troubleshooting If the appliance does not function properly, please check the below table for the solution. If you are still unable to solve the problem, please contact the supplier/service provider.

- This is normal. The cooling fan continues running in Standby mode for some time to cool down all internal elements.

Besondere Sicherheitsvorschriften
· Das vorliegende Gerät ist zum Kochen verschiedener Speisen durch das Erwärmen des
Kochgeschirrs bestimmt. Die Verwendung des Geräts für andere Zwecke kann zu seiner
Beschädigung sowie zu Körperverletzungen führen.
· Verwenden Sie das Gerät ausschließlich gemäß der Anleitung.

· Das Gerät ist ausschließlich durch das geschultes Personal in Küchen, Restaurants und
Kantinen oder durch die Bedienpersonen an der Bar zu bedienen.
· Achtung! Es besteht die Verbrennungsgefahr! Die Heizfläche und die anderen
zugänglichen Flächen erwärmen sich auf sehr hohe Temperaturen. Berühren Sie aus-
schließlich das Steuerpanel.
· Stellen Sie das Gerät nicht in der Nähe von Gegenständen ab, die von einem Magnet-
feld beeinträchtigt werden können, zum Beispiel Fernseher, Rundfunkempfangsgeräte,
Geldkarten oder Kreditkarten.
· Stellen Sie das Gerät nicht auf einen wärmemittierenden Gegenstand (Gasherd, Elekt-
roherd, Grill, usw.). Lagern Sie es weit entfernt von heißen Flächen oder offenem Feuer.
Stellen Sie das Gerät auf eine ebene, stabile, saubere und trockene Fläche auf, die auch
gegen die Einwirkung hoher Temperaturen beständig ist.
· Vergewissern Sie sich, dass sich das Gerät nicht in der Nähe des Entstehungsorts von
Wasserdampf oder fettigen Dämpfen befindet. Der Lüfter des Geräts saugt diese Dämpfe
nämlich heran, was dazu führt, dass sich im Gerät Fett oder Feuchtigkeit ansammelt und
gegebenenfalls Kurzschluss entsteht.
· Das Gerät ist für die Bedienung durch eine externe Schaltuhr oder ein gesondertes Fern-
steuersystem nicht geeignet.
· Stellen Sie keine Metallgegenstände (z.B. Messer, Gabeln, Löffel oder Deckel) auf die
Fläche der Kochplatte auf, da sie heiß werden können.

· WARNUNG: Verdecken Sie nicht die Belüftungsöffnungen im Gehäuse des Geräts. · WARNUNG: Wenn die Kochplatte gerissen ist oder beschädigt wird, trennen Sie das Ge-
rät von der Stromversorgung, um so den Stromschlag zu vermeiden. · Um eine ausreichende Belüftung des Geräts zu gewährleisten, belassen Sie einen Frei-
raum von mindestens 20 cm rundum das Gerät. · Schlagen Sie nicht die Heizplatte mit harten Werkzeugen. Reinigen Sie das Gerät nicht
mit einem Wasserstrahl unter Druck oder einem Dampfreiniger, spülen Sie das Gerät nicht mit Wasser ab, da die Teile im Gerät feucht werden oder eingetaucht werden können, was den Stromschlag verursacht. · Achten Sie besonders auf Ringe, Uhren und anderen Schmuck bei der Bedienung des Geräts, da sie heiß werden können, wenn sie sich in der Nähe der Heizplatte befinden. · Achtung! Führen und sichern Sie entsprechend das Stromkabel, um ein unbeabsichtigtes Ziehen oder Kontakt mit der Heizplatte zu vermeiden. · Waschen Sie das Gerät nicht mit Wasser. Beim Waschen des Geräts kann Wasser in den elektrischen Teil gelangen und so zu einem Stromschlag führen. · Reinigen und stellen Sie das Gerät nicht am Lagerort ab, bis es nicht vollständig abgekühlt ist. · Stellen Sie kein leeres Kochgeschirr auf das Gerät auf, um dieses nicht zu beschädigen. Verwenden Sie nur das Kochgeschirr der empfohlenen Art und Größe. (Siehe ---> Geeignetes Küchenzubehör).
DE Verwendungszweck · Dieses Gerät ist für den Buffet- und Haushaltsgebrauch bestimmt. · Das Gerät ist für den gewerblichen Einsatz bestimmt und dient zum Kochen verschiedener Speisen durch das Erwärmen des Kochgeschirrs bestimmt. Die Verwendung des Gerätes für andere Zwecke kann zu seiner Beschädigung sowie zu Körperverletzungen führen.
· Jede andere Verwendung des Gerätes gilt als nicht bestimmungsgemäß. Der Benutzer ist allein verantwortlich für die unsachgemäße Nutzung des Gerätes.
Erdungsinstallation Dieses Gerät ist als Schutzklasse I eingestuft und muss mit einer Schutzerde verbunden werden. Die Erdung reduziert das Risiko eines elektrischen Schlags, indem ein Fluchtkabel für den elektrischen Strom bereitgestellt wird. Dieses Gerät ist
mit einem Netzkabel mit einem Erdungskabel und einem geerdeten Stecker ausgestattet. Der Stecker muss in eine Steckdose gesteckt werden, die ordnungsgemäß installiert und geerdet ist.

· Als nächstes wählen Sie aus, ob Sie entweder die Netz-Taste (7) oder die Temperatur-Taste (6) drücken, um mit dem Kochen zu beginnen. Wenn die Zeitgeber-Taste (2) nicht eingestellt wird, arbeitet das Gerät ununterbrochen.
· Sobald Sie mit dem Kochen fertig sind, schalten Sie in den Bereitschafts-Modus, indem Sie die Ein/Bereitschafts-Taste (1) drücken. Die Digitalanzeige (4) und alle Tasten werden erlöschen, bis auf die Ein/Bereitschafts-Taste (1).
Hinweis: Wenn während des Betriebs 2 Stunden lang keine Taste auf dem Bedienfeld gedrückt wird, schaltet das Gerät automatisch in den Bereitschafts-Modus.
Leistungsniveau einstellen · Drücken Sie, um zu aktivieren, während des Be-
triebs die Netz-Taste (7). Die Kontrollleuchte (7) wird aufleuchten. · Verwenden Sie die Einstellung erhöhen- (3) oder Einstellung verringern-Taste (5), um das Leistungsniveau zu erhöhen oder zu verringern (Be-
reich: 100W ~ 1,800W für links; 100 ~ 1,700W für rechts). Beide standardmäßigen Leistungseinstellungen sind mit 1000 Watt identisch. Ein höheres Leistungsniveau eignet sich zum Dampfgaren.

Temperaturniveau einstellen · Drücken Sie, um zu aktivieren, während des
Betriebs die Temperatur-Taste (6). Die Kontrollleuchte (6) wird aufleuchten. · Verwenden Sie die Einstellung erhöhen- (3) oder Einstellung verringern-Taste (5), um das Tempe-
raturniveau zu erhöhen oder zu verringern (Bereich: 35°C ~ 240°C). Standardmäßig sind 100°C eingestellt. Ein höheres Temperaturniveau eignet sich zum Braten, Grillen oder Frittieren.
Zeitgeber einstellen · Nach dem Einstellen der Leistung und Tempera-
tur kann man den Timer einstellen. Drücken Sie die Taste des Timers (2), um ihn zu betätigen. Die Signallampe des Timers (2) beginnt zu blinken. · Auf dem digitalen Display wird die Timer-Einstellung im Format 0:00 angezeigt (Stunden: Minuten, unter 10 Minuten; Minuten: Sekunden). · Drücken Sie dann die Taste zur Erhöhung (3) oder Verringerung (5) der Werte, um die Kochzeit entweder zu erhöhen oder zu verringern (Bereich: 0 ~ 180 Min.). Die voreingestellte Kochzeit beträgt 0 Min.
Hinweis:
- Wenn die eingestellte Zeit von 0 bis 10 Minuten
beträgt, kann dieser Wert um 1 Minute erhöht

· Let op! Gevaar voor brandwonden! De temperatuur van het verwarmingsoppervlak
en andere bereikbare oppervlakken wordt erg hoog tijdens gebruik. Raak alleen het be-
dieningspaneel aan.
· Plaats het apparaat niet in de buurt van voorwerpen die door een magnetisch veld kun-
nen worden beïnvloed, zoals TV's, radio's, bankpassen en creditcards.

etc.) Houd het apparaat uit de buurt van hete oppervlakken en open vuur. Gebruik het
apparaat altijd op een vlakke, stabiele, schone, hittebestendige en droge ondergrond.
· Zorg ervoor dat het apparaat niet in de buurt van waterdamp of vetdampen wordt ge-
plaatst. De ventilator in het apparaat trekt deze dampen naar binnen en dit zorgt ervoor

in het apparaat.
· Dit apparaat is niet bedoeld om gebruikt te worden met behulp van een externe timer of
aparte afstandsbediening.
· Metalen voorwerpen zoals messen, vorken en deksels mogen niet op de verwarmings-
plaat worden gelegd, omdat ze heet kunnen worden.
· WAARSCHUWING: Houd alle ventilatieopeningen in de behuizing van het apparaat vrij.
· WAARSCHUWING: Als het verwarmingsoppervlak is gebarsten of beschadigd, schakel
het apparaat dan uit om het risico op elektrische schokken te vermijden.
· Laat tijdens gebruik minimaal 20 cm ruimte vrij rond het apparaat voor ventilatiedoel-
einden.
· Gebruik geen hard keukengerei of gereedschap om op het oppervlak van de verwar-
mingsplaat te slaan. Gebruik geen waterstralen of stoomreiniger en spoel niet recht-
streeks af met water, omdat de onderdelen van het apparaat nat kunnen worden en dit
kan leiden tot elektrische schokken.

· Wees voorzichtig wanneer u het apparaat gebruikt, omdat ringen, horloges en soortgelijke draagbare voorwerpen erg heet kunnen worden als ze zich in de buurt van het verwarmingsoppervlak bevinden.
· Let op! Plaats het netsnoer indien nodig op een veilige manier om te voorkomen dat het netsnoer in contact kan komen met het verwarmingsoppervlak en dat er per ongeluk aan het netsnoer kan worden getrokken.
· Was het apparaat niet met water. Wassen kan lekkages veroorzaken en het risico op elektrische schokken verhogen.
· Reinig of berg het apparaat niet op tenzij het volledig is afgekoeld. · Plaats geen lege pannen op het apparaat tijdens gebruik, omdat dit tot schade aan de
pannen kan leiden. Gebruik alleen pannen en kookgerei van het aanbevolen type en grootte. (Zie ---> Geschikte pannen).
Bedoeld gebruik · Dit apparaat is bedoeld voor buffet en huishou-
delijk gebruik. · Dit apparaat is uitsluitend bestemd voor het ko-
ken van een verscheidenheid aan voedsel door het verwarmen van kookgerei. Elk ander gebruik kan leiden tot schade aan het apparaat of lichamelijk letsel.
· Gebruik van het apparaat voor andere doeleinden wordt beschouwd als verkeerd gebruik van het apparaat. De gebruiker is volledig aansprakelijk voor alle risico's die voortvloeien uit verkeerd gebruik van het apparaat.
NL Aarding installatie Dit apparaat is geclassificeerd als beschermingsklasse I en moet op een beschermende grond worden aangesloten. Aarding vermindert het risico op elektrische schokken door een ontsnappingsdraad voor de elektrische stroom aan te bieden. Dit ap-

Neem in geval van schade of een onvolledige levering contact op met uw leverancier (Zie ==> Garantie). · Reinig het apparaat vóór gebruik (Zie ==> Reiniging en onderhoud). · Zorg ervoor dat het apparaat volledig droog is. · Plaats het apparaat op een horizontaal, stabiel en hittebestendig oppervlak dat bestand is tegen waterspatten. · Zorg ervoor dat er voldoende ventilatie is. Houd een minimale afstand van 20 cm vrij rond het apparaat.
· Plaats het apparaat niet dicht in de buurt bij apparaten die gevoelig zijn voor storingen veroorzaakt door magnetische bronnen (bijv. radio's, cassettespelers).
· Bewaar de verpakking zodat u het apparaat op de juiste manier kunt bewaren wanneer het gedurende langere tijd niet wordt gebruikt.

Bediening · Plaats een geschikte pan of pot op het midden

Instelling vermogensniveau · Druk als het apparaat in werking is op de aan-/uit
toets (7) om deze te activeren. Het indicatielampje (7) licht op. · Gebruik de toets voor verhogen (3) of verlagen (5) om het vermogensniveau te verhogen of te verla-
gen (bereik: 100 W ~ 1.800 W links; 100 ~ 1.700W rechts). Beide standaard vermogensinstellingen zijn 1.000 W. Een hoger vermogensniveau is geschikt voor stomen.
Instelling temperatuurniveau · Druk als het apparaat in werking is op de tempe-
ratuur toets (6) om deze te activeren. Het indicatielampje (6) licht op. · Gebruik de toets voor verhogen (3) of verlagen
(5) om het temperatuurniveau te verhogen of te verlagen (bereik: 35°C ~ 240°C). Standaardinstelling is 100°C. Een hoger temperatuurniveau is geschikt voor braden, grillen of bakken.
Instelling timer · Na het instellen van de temperatuur of het ver-
mogen is het mogelijk om ook een timer in te stellen. Druk op de knop (2) om te beginnen, vervolgens knippert het indicatielampje (2). · De timer op het scherm (4) heeft de indeling 0:00 (uren:minuten. Beneden 10 minuten; minuten:seconden). · Gebruik de instelling knoppen (3) of (5) om de ingestelde tijd te wijzigen, het instelbare bereik is 0 tot 180 minuten. De standaard instelling is NL 0 minuten.
Opmerking: - Tussen 0 en 10 minuten wordt de tijd ingesteld
in stappen van 1 minuut, zowel bij verhoging als verlaging.
- Tussen 10 en 60 minuten wordt de tijd ingesteld in stappen van 5 minuten bij verhoging en stappen van 1 minuut bij verlaging.
- Tussen 60 en 180 minuten wordt de tijd ingesteld in stappen van 10 minuten bij verhoging en stappen van 5 minuten bij verlaging.
· Wanneer de timer is ingesteld wordt de instelling automatisch opgeslagen na 5 seconden. Het apparaat begint dan te werken. Het zal scherm (4) zal weergave van de ingestelde temperatuur of het ingestelde vermogen afwisselen met weergave van de ingestelde tijd.
· Wanneer de ingestelde tijd verstreken is zal het apparaat zichzelf uitschakelen, ook alle indicatielampjes gaan dan uit.
Boostfunctie Deze functie kan alleen worden geactiveerd wanneer beide verwarmingsoppervlakken (linker- en rechterkant) gelijktijdig in de vermogens modus (d.w.z. dat beide vermogens indicators (7) oplichten) worden gebruikt. · Druk op de functie versterking (8) om de linker-

Fonctionnement · Mettre une poêle ou une casserole au centre
de la surface de chauffe de l'appareil. (Cf. ---> Poêles adaptées à l'appareil). · Note : Ne pas mettre de poêle vide, ce qui risque d'endommager la poêle et l'appareil. · Brancher l'appareil sur une prise adaptée. La touche On/Veille (1) s'allumera et l'appareil est alors en mode Veille. · Puis allumer l'appareil en appuyant sur la touche On/Veille (1) et la touche électricité (7) clignotera. · Ensuite choisir d'appuyer soit sur la touche puissance (7) soit sur la touche température (6) pour

Réglage de la puissance · Durant le fonctionnement, appuyer sur la touche
puissance (7) pour l'activer. L'indicateur lumineux (7) s'allumera. · Utiliser la touche augmenter (3) ou la touche diminuer (5) pour augmenter ou diminuer la puis-
sance (Entre : 100 W ~ 1 800 W pour la gauche ; 100 ~ 1 700 W pour la droite ). Les deux réglages par défaut sont les mêmes, soit 1 000 W. Une température supérieure est parfaite pour la cuisson vapeur.
Réglage de la température · Durant le fonctionnement, appuyer sur la touche

Réglage de la minuterie · Après avoir réglé l'alimentation et la température
vous pouvez régler la minuterie. Appuyez sur le bouton de la minuterie (2) pour la démarrer. Le voyant de la minuterie (2) commence à clignoter. · L'écran d'affichage numérique montrera le réglage de la minuterie au format 0 :00 (heures: minutes, en dessous de 10 minutes; minutes: secondes). · Ensuite appuyez sur le bouton d'augmentation (3) ou de diminution (5) de la valeur pour augmenter ou diminuer la durée de cuisson (plage : 0 ~ 180 min). La durée de cuisson par défaut est 0 min.
Remarque: - Si la durée réglée est comprise entre 0 et 10 mi-
nutes, la valeur peut être augmentée ou diminuée d'1 minute. - Si la durée réglée est comprise 10 minutes et 60 minutes (1 heure), la valeur peut être augmentée de 5 minutes ou diminuée d'1 minute. - Si la durée réglée est comprise 60 minutes (1 heure) et 180 minutes (3 heures), la valeur peut être augmentée de 10 minutes ou diminuée de 5 minutes. · Après avoir réglé la minuterie, la valeur est automatiquement enregistrée dans les 5 secondes. Funzionamento · Mettere una padella o pentola adatta al centro

· Quindi, scegliere di premere il pulsante Accensione (7) o il pulsante temperatura (6) per iniziare la cottura. Se il pulsante timer (2) non è impostato, l`apparecchio funziona in continuo.
· Una volta terminata la cottura, passare alla modalità Standby premendo il pulsante On/Standby (1). Il display digitale (4) e tutti i pulsanti si spengono tranne il pulsante On/Standby (1).
Nota: Se non si preme alcun tasto sul pannello di controllo durante il funzionamento per 2 ore, l`apparecchio poi passerà automaticamente alla modalità Standby.

Utilizai întotdeauna aparatul pe o suprafa orizontal, stabil, curat, termorezistent i uscat. · Asigurai-v c aparatul nu este montat în apropierea unor surse de vapori de ap sau de grsime. Ventilatorul din interiorul aparatului va aspira aceti vapori. Grsimea i apa pot forma depozite în aparat, iar acestea pot duce la producerea unui scurt-circuit. · Acest aparat nu este conceput pentru a fi utilizat cu ajutorul unui cronometru extern sau al unui sistem de control separat. · Nu punei pe placa de înclzire obiecte metalice precum cuite, furculie, linguri i capace, deoarece se pot încinge. · AVERTISMENT: Nu obstrucionai orificiile pentru ventilaie ale aparatului. · AVERTISMENT: Dac suprafaa de înclzire este crpat sau defect, oprii aparatul pentru a evita posibilitatea unei electrocutri. · În timpul utilizrii, lsai cel puin 20 cm în jurul aparatului ca spaiu de ventilaie. · Nu lovii suprafaa plcii de înclzire cu instrumente dure. Nu folosii niciodat jeturi de ap, nu turnai ap direct peste aparat i nu curai aparatul cu abur, deoarece piesele se vor uda, ceea ce ar duce la scurt-circuite. · Nu purtai inele, ceasuri i alte obiecte similare atunci când utilizai aparatul, pentru c acestea se încing când stau în apropierea suprafeei de înclzire. · Atenie! Aezai corespunztor cablul de alimentare, dac este necesar, pentru a împiedica tragerea neintenionat sau contactul cu suprafaa de înclzire.

· Nu splai aparatul cu ap. La splare se pot produce scurgeri, ceea ce va crete riscul de scurt-circuit.
· Nu curai i nu depozitai aparatul decât dup ce s-a rcit complet. · Nu aezai vasele goale pe aparat în timpul funcionrii, deoarece acest lucru poate de-
teriora vasele. Folosii numai ustensilele de gtit care corespund tipului i dimensiunilor recomandate. (A se vedea ---> Echipamente de gtit corespunztoare).
Utilizare preconizat · Acest aparat este destinat uzului casnic i pentru
bufet. · Acest aparat este conceput pentru a gti o vari-
etate de alimente prin înclzirea vasului de gtit. Orice alt utilizare poate provoca avarierea apa-
ratului sau accidentarea persoanelor. · Utilizarea aparatului în orice alt scop reprezint o
utilizare incorect. Utilizatorul este singurul rspunztor de orice utilizare incorect a aparatului.
Instalare împmântare Acest aparat este clasificat ca clasa de protecie I i trebuie conectat la un sol de protecie. Împmântarea reduce riscul de oc electric prin furnizarea unui cablu de evacuare pentru curentul
electric. Acest aparat este echipat cu un cablu de alimentare care are un fir de împmântare i techer cu împmântare. techerul trebuie conectat la o priz instalat i împmântat corespunztor.

Pregtirea înainte de prima utilizare · Desfacei ambalajul i învelitoarea de protecie. · Asigurai-v c aparatul nu este defect. În cazul
în care livrarea este incomplet sau dac exist avarii. Luai legtura cu furnizorul (Vezi ==> Garania). · Curai aparatul înainte de utilizare (Vezi ==> Curarea i întreinerea). · Asigurai-v c aparatul este complet uscat. · Amplasai aparatul pe o suprafa orizontal, stabil i rezistent la cldur, care este protejat împotriva stropilor de ap. · Asigurai-v c exist suficient ventilaie. Lsai o distan minim de 20 cm în jurul prii inferioare a vasului.
· Nu amplasai aparatul în imediata apropiere a dispozitivelor sensibile la perturbaii prin surse magnetice (de ex. aparate radio, casetofoane).
· Pstrai ambalajul astfel încât s putei stoca corespunztor aparatul atunci când acesta nu este utilizat pentru o perioad mai lung de timp.
Not: Resturile rmase din fabricaie pot face ca aparatul s emit un uor miros în timpul primelor cicluri de funcionare. Acest lucru este normal i nu este un semn de defeciune sau de pericol. Asigurai-v c aparatul este bine ventilat.

Utilizare · Aezai o tigaie sau o oal în centrul supra-
feei de înclzire a aparatului. (A se vedea ---> Vase de gtit adecvate pentru aparat). Observaie: Nu aezai o tigaie goal, pentru a nu deteriora tigaia i aparatul. · Conectai cablul de alimentare la o priz de curent adecvat. Butonul de Pornire/Ateptare (1) va fi aprins iar aparatul se va afla în modul de Ateptare. · Apoi, Pornii aparatul apsând butonul de Pornire/Ateptare (1) iar butonul de Alimentare (7) se va aprinde.
· În continuare, apsai fie butonul de alimentare (7), fie butonul de temperatur (6) pentru a începe s gtii. Dac butonul cronometrului (2) nu este reglat, aparatul va funciona neîntrerupt.
· Dup ce ai terminat de gtit, trecei în modul de Ateptare apsând butonul de Pornire/Ateptare (1). Afiajul digital (4) i toate butoanele se sting, cu excepia butonului de Pornire/Ateptare (1).
Observaie: În cazul în care, timp de 2 ore, nu este apsat niciun buton din panoul de comand în timpul funcionrii, aparatul va trece automat în modul de Ateptare.

Reglarea puterii de alimentare · În timpul funcionrii, apsai butonul de alimen-
tare (7) pentru activare. Se va aprinde indicatorul luminos (7). · Utilizai butonul cu funcia de cretere (3) sau descretere (5) pentru a mri sau scdea pute-
rea de alimentare (Gam: 100W ~ 1.800W pentru stânga; 100 ~ 1.700W pentru dreapta). Ambele valori implicite de alimentare sunt identice, de 1000W. Pentru gtitul la aburi este potrivit o putere mai mare de alimentare.
Reglarea temperaturii · În timpul funcionrii, apsai butonul de tempe-
ratur (6) pentru activare. Se va aprinde indicatorul luminos (6).
Reglarea cronometrului · Dup setarea puterii sau temperaturii pentru
gtit, putei opta pentru setarea cronometrului. Pentru activare, apsai butonul cronometrului (2). Indicatorul luminos (2) se va aprinde intermitent. · Cronometrul afiat pe ecranul digital (4) are formatul 0:00 (ore: minute, sub 10 minute; minute: secunde). · Apsai apoi butonul de cretere (3) sau descretere (5) pentru a crete sau a reduce timpul de RO gtire (Interval: 0 min ~ 180 min). Setarea implicit este 0 min.
· Utilizai butonul cu funcia de cretere (3) sau descretere (5) pentru a mri sau scdea temperatura (Gam: 35°C ~ 240°C). Valoarea implicit este de 100°C. Pentru coacere, frigere sau prjire este potrivit o temperatur mai mare.
Not: - Dac setarea este între 0 i 10 minute, intervalul
de timp pentru fiecare cretere sau descretere este de 1 minut. - Dac setarea este între 10 minute i 60 de minute (1 or), intervalul de timp pentru fiecare cretere este de 5 minute i pentru fiecare descretere este de 1 minut. - Dac setarea este între 60 de minute (1 or) i 180 de minute (3 ore), intervalul de timp pentru fiecare cretere este de 10 minute i pentru fiecare descretere este de 5 minute. · Când cronometrul este setat, acesta va fi stocat automat în memorie în 5 secunde. Aparatul va începe apoi s funcioneze. Va afia alternativ timpul rmas i setarea puterii / setarea temperaturii pe ecran (4). · Aparatul se va opri dup scurgerea timpului setat i stingerea tuturor indicatoarelor luminoase.
Funcia de amplificare Aceast funcie poate fi activat doar atunci când sunt utilizate ambele suprafee de înclzire (partea stâng i partea dreapt) în acelai timp i în modul de alimentare (adic se aprind ambele indicatoare luminoase de alimentare (7). · Apsai funcia de amplificare (8) pentru a crete
puterea suprafeei de înclzire din partea stâng la 2.000W. Partea dreapt a suprafeei de înclzire va avea 1.500W. Se va aprinde indicatorul de Amplificare (8). · Apsai din nou pentru a reveni la puterea normal de alimentare.
