Installation Steps
Step 1A: Mounting on a Stud Wall
Secure the wall plate to a wooden stud wall. Ensure the plate is level and firmly attached. Diagram shows mounting the wall plate on a wooden stud wall.
Step 1B: Mounting on a Brick or Concrete Wall
Secure the wall plate to a solid brick or concrete wall using appropriate wall anchors (W-A, W-B, W-C). Ensure the plate is level and firmly attached. Diagram shows mounting the wall plate on a brick or concrete wall using wall anchors.
Step 2: Install Adapter Brackets
Attach the adapter brackets to the TV. Use the provided screws (M-A to M-E) and washers (M-H) as needed, depending on your TV's VESA pattern and screw holes. Spacers (M-F, M-G) may be used if necessary to ensure a flush fit. The 'OPTION' section details various combinations of screws and spacers for different TV back panel configurations. Diagrams illustrate attaching brackets to the TV and using optional spacers.
Step 3: Attach Screen to Bracket and Level
Mount the TV onto the installed wall plate. Ensure the screen is securely attached and aligned. A gap of 8mm is indicated between the screen and the wall plate in the diagram. Diagrams show the TV being attached and leveled.
Step 4: Ensure Alignment
Use a spirit level [?] to ensure the TV is perfectly aligned horizontally. Adjust as needed. Diagram illustrates using a spirit level for alignment.
Step 5: Release the TV
Pull the release strap to detach the TV from the wall mount. Diagram shows a hand pulling a release strap.
Safety Precautions
General Warnings:
- Read all instructions before assembly.
- Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of 35 kg (77 lbs).
- Ensure the wall structure can support the combined weight of the mount and the TV.
- Use appropriate wall mounting hardware for your wall type. If unsure, consult a professional.
- Keep small parts away from children.
- Do not install near heat sources or in excessively humid environments.
- Periodically check all screws and fittings for tightness.
- Do not modify the product.
- Ensure proper ventilation for the TV.
- The manufacturer is not liable for damage caused by improper installation or misuse.
- The provided wall anchors are for solid walls (brick, concrete). For hollow walls or other specific wall types, use appropriate anchors.
- Ensure the screen is securely attached to the adapter brackets before mounting to the wall.
- Do not overtighten screws, as this can damage the TV or the mount.
- This product is intended for indoor use only.
