Safety Warning Signs

Operate this protection with working conditions common sense.

Before installing and operating the welder, look at the following safety precautions:

  • To prevent electric shock: Read the instructions before operation. Use original parts and accessories. Do not use skin and wet clothes contact welding machine. Do not turn off the power supply while connected, and do not let the cable wrap around the operator. Wear thick-bottomed insulation shoes. Ground and work directly connected.
  • When using the machine, wear a mask to avoid harm from exploding parts.
  • Static electricity: To prevent static electricity damage to the machine's circuit board, ensure it is connected to a good ground. Use anti-static items for movement and storage.
  • Splash of sparks and arc can cause damage to staff. Please wear a mask or glasses.
  • In the workplace, due to welding producing toxic gases, pay attention to ventilation. Prohibited in closed container welding.
  • Self-protection (CO2 welder): Wear gloves, thick clothing, and long pants.
  • Do not touch hot workpieces by hand during welding.
  • Metal spatter may cause damage to the eyes. Please wear a mask or glasses.
  • Electromagnetic field: The electromagnetic field can affect the operator's heart. If you have a pacemaker, stay away from the machine. If operation is necessary, seek medical advice.
  • Please do not work for too long, as it may cause parts to overheat and reduce the machine's lifespan.
  • To prevent explosion: Keep flammable and explosive products away from the welding area.
  • Be careful not to be crushed or bruised while moving.
  • Prohibit welding at high altitudes.
  • Prevent fire: After welding is completed, check the welding area for overheating spatter and hot metal to prevent fire.

Note: Welder self-protection! Focus on others' safety! Prohibited: using the welding power supply to thaw pipelines. Focus on plant safety! Pay attention to equipment maintenance!

The work cycle and overheating protection

The working cycle of the machine is the use of repeated cycles of work, comprising load time and no-load time. In addition, the machine is equipped with overheating protection. When the temperature reaches a critical point, the welding machine will automatically stop working. Once cooled, you can continue to operate, as shown in the specific situation.

Installation

3. The installation of the machine

  1. Customers receive the machine; the first step is to open the package and find the product brochures.
  2. According to the instructions in the packing list, check the items and their quantities to ensure the type and number of machine accessories are correct.
  3. According to the machine's appearance picture, the machine is installed. Check the machine for any other problems. If you have any questions, please consult the dealer or service solution.

Move and place the machine's attention

4. Move and place the machine's attention

  1. After the installation of the machine, if there are no other problems, choose the right place to put it.
  2. The length of the input power cord is determined according to the operating distance, and the power cord must not be less than 4 mm copper cable.
  3. When placing the machine, it cannot be tilted; it must be stable on the ground to avoid damage to the machine.
  4. When moving the machine, use a pulley or move it with the wheels of the machine. Do not drag the machine or pull the cable to move it, as this will damage the machine or break the cable, causing inconvenience to later work.

Three illustrations showing safe methods for moving the welding machine: 1. Machine on a trolley with wheels. 2. Machine being moved with a pulley system. 3. Machine being moved by hand using its wheels, with a person guiding it.

Applications of single-sided spot welding gun:

  • Carbon rods fire
  • Gasket welding
  • Corrugated spot welding
  • Direct spot welding rally

Negative line fixing method:

  1. Place the wire or the sheet metal section that needs to be repaired.
  2. Position the welding torch in the vicinity of the machine near the automatic welding machine.
  3. Fixed ground wire.

Method of operation

a. Gasket welding

Steps for gasket welding:

  1. Fix the negative line to the polished clean area and remove paint on the workpiece; the closer to the operating surface, the better.
  2. Connect the gasket connector to the torch and lock it with a gasket.
  3. Select the appropriate welding mode.
  4. Adjust the appropriate power.
  5. Apply the welding torch light pressure to the depressed parts of the body; the machine will automatically weld.
  6. Remove the welding torch and use a strong pull hammer to pull the gasket in the opposite direction to remove the depression.

Note: 1. Before doing this, test on other workpieces to avoid damage to the vehicle surface due to excessive current or prolonged operation. 2. According to the body plate thickness, select the appropriate gear; the machine will automatically match the welding time with the current. 3. After completing this, you can continue with other functional operations. If you do not continue to work, turn off the power and cut off the main switch, finishing the accessories for the next use.

B. Triangular pieces of welding

Steps for triangular pieces of welding:

  1. Fix the negative line to the polished clean area and remove paint on the workpiece; the closer to the operating surface, the better.
  2. Connect the connected triangular pull hammer to the torch and lock it.
  3. Select the appropriate welding mode.
  4. Adjust the appropriate power.
  5. Apply the welding torch light pressure to the depressed parts of the body; the machine will automatically weld.
  6. Pull the recessed parts directly in the opposite direction of the hammer.

Note: 1. Before this operation, please try other parts to avoid current being too large or too long to damage the surface. 2. According to body plate thickness, select the appropriate gear; the machine will automatically match welding time with current. 3. Triangular pieces of welding before replacing the meson repair, it can be directly after welding, the depression can be pulled out. 4. After this operation, you can continue with other functional operations. If you do not continue to work, turn off the power and cut off the main switch, finishing the accessories for the next use.

C. Carbon rod heating

Steps for carbon rod heating:

  1. Fix the negative line to the polished clean area and remove paint on the workpiece; the closer to the operating surface, the better.
  2. Connect the carbon rod and carbon rod connector to the torch and lock it.
  3. Select the appropriate welding mode.
  4. Adjust the appropriate power.
  5. The carcass is heated in a clockwise direction.
  6. With cold water or a wet cloth, place it just to the location of thermal expansion and contraction of the prominent part for tightening, to return to normal.

Note: 1. Before this operation, please try other parts to avoid current being too large or too long to damage the surface. 2. According to body plate thickness, select the appropriate gear; the machine will automatically match welding time with current. 3. After this operation, you can continue with other functional operations. If you do not continue to work, turn off the power and cut off the main switch, finishing the accessories for the next use.

D. Wave line welding

Steps for wave line welding:

  1. Fix the negative line to the polished clean area and remove paint on the workpiece; the closer to the operating surface, the better.
  2. Connect the carbon corrugated spot welding head to the torch and lock it.
  3. Select the appropriate welding mode.
  4. Adjust the appropriate power.
  5. Place the waveform line upright in the car body and place the welding head on the upright waveform line; the machine will automatically weld.
  6. With a claw pull hook and hammer set in the waveform line, pull the car body depression out.

Note: 1. Before doing this operation, please first test on other parts, so as to avoid the current being too large or too long to damage the repair surface. 2. According to the body plate thickness, select the appropriate gear; the machine will automatically match the welding time with the current. 3. After doing this operation, you can continue to other functional operations. If you do not continue to work, turn off the power and cut off the main switch, finishing the accessories for the next use.

E. The use of sucker

Use of manual sucker:

  1. Connect the sucker and pull hammer.
  2. Force the sucker to the depression without leaving any gaps.
  3. With the hammer, pull in the opposite direction to pull out the depression.
