III. Preparation and Use
Assembly (Fig. 1)
- Remove all packaging material and accessories. Remove any adhesive foils, stickers, or paper from the appliance. Wash all parts that come into contact with food in hot, soapy water, rinse thoroughly with clean water, and dry or let air dry before first use.
- Insert the pulp container F into its holder.
- Slide container B into the propulsion unit A until it stops.
- Place sieve C onto the propulsion shaft A2 and secure it with slight pressure.
- Place lid D onto container B and secure it by snapping closures A3 (first slide the upper parts of the closures onto the protrusions in the lid's grooves, then snap the bottom parts).
- Reverse the procedure for removing individual parts.
- Note: The appliance will not turn on if the lid is not placed and secured correctly.
Food Preparation
- The appliance is designed for processing almost all types of fruits and vegetables.
- Not suitable for processing: Currants, bananas, avocados, figs, mangoes, etc.
- Always use fresh, ripe fruits and vegetables for more juice.
- Remove stems (e.g., grape stems) and leaves.
- Wash fruits or vegetables thoroughly.
- Cut larger items into smaller pieces.
- Remove pits (e.g., from plums, apricots, cherries).
- Remove thick skin (e.g., from melons, pineapples, cucumbers, potatoes, beets, celery).
- Peel citrus fruits and remove the white pulp and seeds; otherwise, the juice may have a bitter taste.
- Foods with thin skin (e.g., apples, pears, carrots, radish, parsley) do not need peeling.
Use of the Appliance
- Place the assembled juicer on a firm, flat, and dry surface (refer to Section I. SAFETY PRECAUTIONS).
- Plug the supply cord A4 into the electrical outlet.
- Place container G (without lid G1) or another suitable container under the spout to collect juice.
- Turn on the appliance by rotating the speed selector A1 to the desired position based on the food being processed.
- For soft/juicy food (e.g., apples, citrus fruits, tomatoes): Turn the selector to position 1 (low speed).
- For food with lower juice content (e.g., carrots, parsley): Choose a higher speed.
- For hard food (e.g., celery): Turn the regulator to position 5 (high speed).
- Gradually feed prepared food into the feeding opening D1, gently pushing with the stamper E. Do not push too hard on the stamper, as this may affect juice quality or cause the appliance to stop.
- After finishing, turn off the appliance, wait until the rotating sieve stops completely, and unplug the appliance from the electrical outlet.
- Before pouring the juice, place lid G1 on container G to catch foam.
Notes and Good Tips
Notes
- It is recommended to occasionally interrupt operation to remove pulp that has collected on the sieve or lid (see Section I. SAFETY PRECAUTIONS).
- Preparation time depends on the quantity, type, and quality of the food used and ranges from tens of seconds.
- Maximum continuous operation time is 2 minutes. After this, take a break of approximately 2 minutes for the drive unit to cool down.
- If you need to empty the pulp container F during juicing, first turn off the appliance. Lift, tilt, and remove the container. Replace it in reverse order after emptying.
- The appliance features feedback regulation that maintains set motor revolutions regardless of load. If the load is significantly reduced, revolutions may fluctuate briefly; this is normal and not a reason for complaint.
- If the appliance becomes stuck, turn it off immediately and clean it.
Good Tips
- For more juice, push soft foods slowly.
- To preserve maximum vitamins, consume the juice soon after preparation.
- If juice needs to be stored for several hours, refrigerate it. Juice stays fresher longer if a few drops of lemon juice are added.
- Dilute juice for children with an equal amount of water.
IV. Maintenance
- Always turn off and unplug the appliance from the electrical outlet before any maintenance or cleaning!
- Do not use abrasive or aggressive cleaning agents (e.g., sharp objects, scrapers, diluents, or other solvents).
- Clean the propulsion unit A and shaft A2 with a soft, damp cloth.
- Wash other removable accessories immediately after use in hot water with soap, rinse with clean water, and let dry (do not use a dishwasher).
- Exercise caution when cleaning the sieve to avoid injury. Sieve C can be easily cleaned with the provided brush H.
- Some fruits may discolor accessories; this does not affect the appliance's function and the discoloration usually disappears over time.
- Never dry plastic parts over a heat source (e.g., stove, electric/gas cooker).
V. Storage
- Store the appliance in a clean, safe, and dry place, out of reach of children and persons not legally competent.
VI. Environment
- Symbols on parts and documentation indicate that electrical/electronic products must not be disposed of with municipal waste.
- Hand over used products at designated collection points for free disposal.
- Proper disposal helps conserve natural resources and prevents negative environmental and health impacts.
- Contact local authorities or collection sites for more details. Improper disposal may incur fines according to national regulations.
- To permanently disable the appliance, cut the power cord after unplugging it from the mains.
