Device Usage
- The headset is compatible with 3.5 mm single plug audio devices such as laptops, tablets, PCs, and mobile phones. A bisected 3.5 mm adapter cable allows use with dual 3.5 mm computer jacks.
- The cable or microphone is designed on the left side; wear the headset with the cable/microphone on the left ear.
- When using with a computer, ensure both the headset microphone switch and the computer microphone switch are turned ON. Double-click the 'speaker' icon in the computer taskbar to adjust volume. Access 'voice' settings in the 'Control Panel'.
- Ensure the headset volume adjustment button is at the minimum volume initially, then adjust to the appropriate level.
- The headset is now ready for use for gaming or other audio activities.
- Supported operating systems include: 32- and 64-bit versions of Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows 10, and Windows XP.

- When playing music by headset, there is accompaniment but no singing.
A) The headset uses a quadrupolar single 3.5 mm plug (CTIA international standard: Left-Right-Ground-Mic). If connected to a non-international standard interface, only background sound may be heard. An adapter cable is needed for non-international standard audio devices. - When playing music with headset, there is sound but the microphone is not working.
A) Ensure the headset's tone control microphone switch is ON and the microphone works normally.
B) The headset has a quadrupolar single plug with audio/voice combination. Ensure your device has a compatible audio/voice combination interface.
C) If your device has a tripolar interface, an adapter may be needed.
D) Use the bisected 3.5 mm adapter cable for dual 3.5 mm computer jacks (headphone and microphone) to enjoy music and voice chat simultaneously. - When playing music with the headset, there arises the phenomenon of noise, small volume, unclear sound, or one side with sound and other side without sound.
A) Check if the plug is fully inserted into the device interface.
