Usage Instructions
Bluetooth Connection
- When the headset is powered on, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds. The indicator light will flash (blue light flashes in Bluetooth mode). The headset is now in search and pairing mode.
- On your Bluetooth device, find the headset named "B2" in the list of Bluetooth devices and click "Connect." The headset will emit an audio prompt upon successful connection.
- The headset can remember previously paired devices. To connect to a paired device, simply turn on Bluetooth on that device. The headset will automatically connect. If it doesn't, find "B2" in the Bluetooth list and connect manually.
- The headset's mode upon powering on depends on the mode it was in when last turned off.
- If the headset is in Bluetooth connection mode, double-clicking the power button will disconnect the current device and enter Bluetooth search mode.
Mode Switching: Press and hold the microphone button for 3 seconds to switch between 2.4G and Bluetooth modes.
BT Mode: Blue light flashes during Bluetooth pairing and remains solid blue after successful pairing.
2.4G Mode: White light flashes during 2.4G pairing and remains solid white after successful pairing.
Wired Mode
The headset can also function directly by connecting a cable. If the headset is in Bluetooth mode, inserting the audio cable will automatically turn off the headset and switch it to wired mode.
Charging
The headset is partially charged at the factory. Ensure it is fully charged before first use.
- The headset has a built-in rechargeable battery. If the headset is not used for an extended period, charge it at least once every three months.
- The headset comes with a Type-C charging cable. Connect it to a compatible power adapter (5V/1A recommended) for charging.
- The red indicator light on the headset stays on during charging and turns off when fully charged.
Safety Precautions
- Before charging, ensure the device contacts are clean.
- Never leave the device unattended while in use or charging. Ensure you can quickly disconnect the device from the power source in case of an emergency.
- Do not expose the device to high temperatures.
- Charge the device in a dry, well-ventilated area, away from flammable materials, and maintain at least 1 meter of clear space from other objects.
- Do not cover the device while charging.
- Only use the manufacturer-recommended and certified power adapters, charging stations, and cables.
- Take care of your property. The device contains battery cells that are difficult to extinguish. Consider having a fire blanket available.
Battery Information (LI-ION and LI-PO)
The device is equipped with a LI-ION (lithium-ion) or LI-PO (lithium-polymer) battery. Batteries degrade over time with use. The manufacturer specifies maximum operating time under laboratory conditions. Actual usage time may vary and is not a product defect. To maximize battery life:
- Avoid discharging the battery below 3.18V (LI-ION) or 3.5V (LI-PO), which corresponds to 15% and 5% capacity respectively. Discharging below these levels can cause permanent damage and is not covered by warranty.
- If the device is not used for over a month, charge the battery to 50% and check the charge level every two months.
- Store the battery and device in a dry place, away from sunlight and freezing temperatures.
