General Installation Notes
Important Safety Precautions:
- Always observe the installation plan.
- Read the operating instructions thoroughly before installation and use.
- Failure to follow instructions may result in damage or fire hazard.
- Ensure correct connection values (voltage, power, frequency) are met.
Installation Diagrams and Steps
The following diagrams illustrate key installation procedures:
Step 1: Preparing for Movement
Before moving the dishwasher, screw in the adjustable feet to retract them. This prevents damage during transport.
Diagram Description: Shows a side view of a dishwasher with an arrow indicating the feet being screwed inwards.
Step 2: Dimensions and Clearances
Ensure adequate space for installation. Key dimensions are provided:
- Minimum height clearance: 845-880 mm
- Standard height: 720 mm
- Width: 598-600 mm
- Depth: 448 mm
- Minimum clearance from wall: 35 mm
- Water connection diameter: 3/4"
- Water drain connection diameter: Ø22 mm
Diagram Description: Shows front and side views of the dishwasher with dimension lines indicating height, width, and depth, as well as clearance requirements.
Step 3: Water Drain Venting (If Necessary)
If the on-site drainage connection is lower than the guide path for the lower basket rollers in the open door, the water drainage system must be vented. This ensures proper water flow and prevents siphoning.
Diagram Description: Illustrates a dishwasher's water outlet connection and a detail showing how to vent the drain if the connection is below the specified level.
