Security Instructions

Thank you for choosing our ventilation controller. Before using the appliance, and to guarantee the best use, read these instructions carefully.

The safety precautions included in this document reduce the risk of death, injury, and electric shock when followed correctly. Please keep the manual in a safe place for future reference, together with the complete warranty card, purchase receipt and package. If applicable, pass these instructions on to the next owner of the appliance. Always follow basic safety precautions and accident prevention measures when using an electrical appliance. When using any electrical appliance, the basic safety measures must be respected at all times:

• This appliance is not intended for use by persons with physical, sensory or mental disabilities, or by persons with a lack of experience and knowledge, unless they are supervised or have received instructions regarding its safe use and understand the potential hazards associated with it.
• Before installing the controller, be sure to keep children away to avoid risk, accident or physical damage.
• All wiring must be in accordance with national and local electrical codes and ANI/NFPA 70. If you are not familiar with wiring, consult a qualified electrician.
• If after reading this manual, you do not feel completely sure, we recommend that you contact an electrician or other professional to install this controller correctly.

Location and Installation Requirements

Warning: Turn off the power before doing anything with the controller and turn off the power breaker. To avoid possible electrical shock, check that power is off at the fuse box or circuit breaker panel before handling wiring.

ATTENTION! Before beginning assembly, remember to disconnect the light from the panel to avoid electric shock. ⚡

Installation Instructions

Bracket Fixing and Controller Mounting

Use a switch close to the fan to which you are installing the controller.

1. Disassemble the switch and terminate the L and N wires separately.
2. Hide the wiring well and place the support bracket with the help of the screws that you will find in the package.
3. Next, attach the controller which will be attached with the help of the magnets.
4. Remove the cover on the back of the controller to insert two AAA batteries and close the cover.

Controller Connection to Fan

1. To access the controller of your ceiling fan you must remove the two side screws as shown in the image. Once you access the driver, disconnect all wiring and remove the driver from the fan motor.
2. Connect the fan motor wires with the driver motor output wires and the Driver light output wires with the LED motor wires by matching the connections in their correct position.
3. Connect the N wire from your home to the N wire of the controller and the L wire from your home to the L wire from the driver.
4. If your home has a grounding cable, connect all the grounding cables, both from the fan and from the driver and from the support with the one from your home.
5. Once the new driver is installed, mount the fan again. Once assembled correctly, connect the electricity to pair your new controller.

Pair the Controller

1. To pair your controller to the ceiling fan you must press the mute button ? on the controller for 5 seconds.
2. Once paired you will hear a “beep” ? to confirm that the pairing has been successful.
