The new Vent 3000 D from Bosch

Introduction

Bosch has expanded its portfolio of decentralised ventilation systems with the new Vent 3000 D, designed for single-family homes and apartment buildings, whether new constructions or modernised properties. The system supplies clean air, providing a significant advantage for allergy sufferers by allowing fresh air circulation even with closed windows, thereby reducing exposure to ambient noise.

The Vent 3000 D features sophisticated fan technology and a Bosch-patented inner cover with Helmholtz resonators, reducing operating noise to a minimal level. The system is controlled via a clear panel, offering individual air flow direction, automatic mode, and demand-based control. This demand-based function is supported by humidity and VOC sensors, allowing the system to adapt ventilation intensity to indoor air quality and humidity. Four different levels for individual ventilation control enhance personal comfort and help prevent mould and harmful substances, ensuring a healthy indoor climate.

Sustainability and Performance

The Vent 3000 D is highlighted for its sustainability, featuring an integrated ceramic heat exchanger with over 85 percent heat recovery. It also boasts increased volume pressure and a powerful fan. When operated in pairs, the Vent 3000 D can achieve a high air volume of up to 55 cubic metres per hour. Its suitability for walls as thin as 220 millimetres makes it a versatile solution for various applications.

Easy Installation and Commissioning

Planning, installation, and commissioning are simplified with the Vent 3000 D. The system can be installed quickly using core drilling or prefabricated masonry blocks. The absence of an additional duct system is a key advantage, particularly in space-constrained apartment buildings. Commissioning is straightforward: the ventilation system is ready for operation immediately after being switched on. Future maintenance, such as filter replacement, can be performed tool-free.

The Vent 3000 D is scheduled for availability from the second quarter of 2023.
