Please read this manual carefully before using the product for installation and configuration.
1. Steps Before Using the Product
- Check if all accessories are complete.
- Choose a Nano-SIM card that matches the GSM network. Turn off the watch before inserting the Nano-SIM card.
- Ensure the Nano-SIM card has the GPRS function and call detection function enabled.
- Install the companion app on your phone. Consult your dealer if you need assistance with downloading the app.
- The barcode and QR code are used for registered users.

3. Mobile Phone IP Address Setting
After installing and starting the watch with a SIM card, set the IP address. Edit the message sent to the SIM card. The mobile phone will receive a successful information reply.

4. Introduction to the Clock
The watch features several key operating instructions:
- Voice dialing: Press and hold the button, say the name of the person from the phonebook, and the watch will call them automatically.
- Flashlight: Press the button continuously to turn the flashlight on and off.
- Restore: The watch needs to be charged to turn on after restoration.
5. On-Screen Display Components
The watch display includes icons for Camera, Photo, Talk, Match game, Phone book, Dial, and Device Info.
6. Operating Instructions
Scan the QR code to download the "Setracker2" application from the iOS App Store or Android App Store.
6.1 Login to the Application
After scanning the QR code, open the app to access the login page.
6.2 APP Registration
Manual registration is required before logging in. You can scan your 15-digit registration code or enter it manually. Each code is unique. If a code has already been registered, contact your dealer. Accounts must be 4-16 alphanumeric characters and are exclusive. If an account is reused, a new one must be created. Users can enter their information, and passwords can be reset.
6.3 Introduction to Main Functions
After successful registration and login, you will access the main interface.
6.4 Instructions on Some Functions
6.4.1 Voice Chat
The watch can send and receive voice messages with family and friends via the mobile app. The maximum voice message length is 15 seconds. Press and hold the SOS button to play voice messages. To send a voice message from the watch, press and hold the record button.
6.4.2 SOS Number Configuration
Configure up to three contact numbers as SOS numbers. Pressing the SOS key for three seconds will trigger an alarm and call these numbers sequentially. If no one answers, the loop repeats twice. The watch can also be set to call a monitoring number for one-way audio monitoring.
6.4.3 Phonebook (for contacts)
Add up to 15 phone numbers to the watch's phonebook. These numbers can be dialed from the watch to initiate calls or Push-To-Talk conversations.
6.4.4 Searching the Clock
If the watch is misplaced, send a command to make it emit a sound for one minute to help locate it. Any key press on the watch will stop the sound.
6.4.5 Voice Alert
Set scheduled alarms with voice reminders.
6.5 Language and Time Zone
Configure the watch's language and time zone settings. Ensure the SIM card is active and the watch is online for these changes to take effect.
6.6 Restoring the Default Working Mode
The default working mode involves 24-hour GPS tracking with a 10-minute charging interval.
6.7 Remote Stop
The watch can only be switched off remotely via the mobile app's "Remote Shutdown" function, as the physical "Stop" button may be disabled.
6.8 Map
Real-time location tracking is available on the map interface, showing the positions of the watch and the mobile phone. Pressing "location" initiates real-time positioning for three minutes with a 10-second interval. The location icon is red for GPS and blue for base station positioning. Tracking history can be viewed by time period.
6.9 List of Functions
- Safety Zone: Set a minimum radius of 500 meters for a safe zone. An alarm is triggered when the user enters or leaves this zone (only in GPS mode).
- Classes deactivated: Block incoming calls during class times.
- SMS alerts configuration: Set up alerts for low battery, SOS, and watch removal. These alerts are sent to a designated phone number.
- Clock alarm: Set up to three custom alarms.
- Love price: Send virtual red hearts from the app to the watch.
- Information center: View all alarm records.
6.10 Safe Area
The safety area has a minimum radius of 500 meters. Alarms are sent when the user enters or leaves the area, but only if the watch is in GPS mode.
6.11 Personal Settings
Ensure the customer registration identification number in the equipment list matches the watch's assigned number for connectivity. The "Help" document provides more detailed function descriptions. Users can switch between multiple watches linked to their account.
6.12 See Alarm Instructions
Alarm messages are received on the companion smartphone app. Touching "alarm" in the app provides detailed information.
7. Watch Working Mode Instructions
The watch has three working modes:
- Normal mode: 600-second charging interval.
- Power saving mode: 3600-second charging interval.
- Real-time positioning mode: 60-second charging interval.
8. Additional Instructions for Use
8.1 SOS Emergency Alarm
Hold the "SOS" key (key 2) for 3 seconds to activate an SOS alarm. The watch will call SOS numbers sequentially. An SMS is sent to the monitoring number, and a notification is sent to the app.
8.2 Low Battery Alarm
When the battery is below 20%, an SMS alert is sent to the monitoring number, and a notification is sent to the app.
8.3 Intercom (push to talk)
Press and hold the "record" key on the watch to record and send audio messages to the app.
8.4 Voice Monitoring
After assigning a monitoring number, the watch can initiate a one-way call to that number upon receiving the command.
8.5 Shutdown
The watch can be turned off using the "Remote Shutdown" function in the mobile app or by removing the SIM card and pressing the button.
8.6 The Phone Book
Set up to 10 contact numbers. Briefly press key 1 to open the phone book, scroll to select, and press key 1 again to dial. These numbers can also be used for Push-To-Talk conversations.
8.7 Answer and Hang Up Calls
Briefly press key 1 to answer an incoming call. Press key 2 to hang up.
8.8 Voice Dialing
Press and hold the "record" key to record and send voice messages to the app.
9. Troubleshooting
9.1 Connection Issues
If the watch cannot connect to the server:
- Ensure the SIM card is GSM network compatible (e.g., Telecom is not supported).
- Verify the SIM card has 2G data traffic enabled.
- Check server parameters (IP, port) and ensure the watch ID is correct and matches the factory marking. You can send the SMS

9.4 Registration Issues
- Equipment number does not exist or is already registered: Contact your agent.
- Account already registered: Create a new account.
