Mobile Device Requirements

Operating system requirements: iOS 8.0 and above, Android 5.0 and above, and Bluetooth 4.0.

App Download

Search for and download "WearFit 2.0" from the App Store or Play Store. Alternatively, scan the QR code to download the App. If you encounter issues opening the link with WeChat or other scanning tools, copy the link and open it through a search engine.

Activation and Installation

Activate the device by tapping the screen for 3-5 seconds. Align the strap with the hole on the card on one side of the bracelet's screen. Press the grip to the left, release the grip, and insert it into the card slot on the screen.

Charging

If the device cannot be activated or the battery is low, please charge it. A full charge takes approximately 1-1.5 hours.

Linking to WearFit 2.0

Open "Wearfit 2.0" on your phone. Ensure Bluetooth is turned on. Click "Pair bracelet", connect to the "M8" device, and then pair the "M8". For Android devices, simply connect directly.

3. Screen Interface Navigation

Sliding the screen up ⬆️ switches to the native information interface and slides down ⬇️ to return to the main screen interface.

Press and hold the screen interface to enter the selection mode. Slide the screen left ⬅️ or right ➡️, and click the interface to select it.

Sliding the screen left ⬅️ accesses the function list. Swipe up ⬆️ and down ⬇️ to select a feature, and swipe right ➡️ to return to the previous screen interface. Within secondary function interfaces, swipe right ➡️ to go to the upper interface, and swipe again to return to the main display interface. For example, tapping "Heart rate" enters the heart rate measurement interface.

6. Frequently Asked Questions

6.1. Cannot find or connect to the bracelet?

Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone. Your phone's operating system must be Android 5.0+ or iOS 8.4+. If connection fails, navigate to your phone's Settings > Application Management > Authorization Management > Application Access Authorization. Find "WearFit 2.0" and grant all permissions. Then, enable GPS location services in your phone's settings, restart the phone, and try connecting again. Ensure the bracelet is fully charged. Contact support if issues persist with a charged battery.

6.2. App shows disconnected or 0% battery after pairing?

This indicates an improper connection between the bracelet and phone. Please re-pair the devices.

6.3. Cannot connect the device to the App?

Pull down and refresh the main interface in the app to manually sync data. Automatic data sync occurs only after the first pairing and then hourly. Ensure data measurement is enabled hourly; otherwise, the histogram will lack data.

6.4. No data displayed after update?

Go to App Settings > Restore Factory Settings. Turn the smart bracelet off, then on, and reconnect to the app. This should load the data.

6.5. Time is not synchronized?

If the bracelet battery drains, the time may become incorrect after recharging. Connect to the phone to automatically synchronize the time.

6.6. Bracelet time not synchronized after connecting to phone?

Go to phone Settings > Application Management > Permission Management > Open App Permissions. Re-link the bracelet. Pull down and refresh the app's main interface.
