Frequently Asked Questions
Why is my power supply hot?
The heat is normal and can reach temperatures up to 140°F (60°C). This is caused by the voltage change from AC to DC.
Why is my power station not charging?
Please double-check that all connections are firmly plugged in. Yeti Power Stations have built-in overcharge protection. It is possible your unit is fully charged or close to a full charge. It is recommended to confirm functionality at a lower battery level (below 80%).
