- Nozzle maintenance: Nozzles need to be cleaned from time to time, and it is recommended to clean them once every six months (depending on the environment and frequency of use). If the flame shape becomes seriously deformed or the fuel injection line becomes significantly deformed or coarsened during use, the nozzle should be removed immediately for cleaning. If problems persist after cleaning, replace the nozzle.
- O-ring maintenance: If an O-ring on the nozzle is found to be damaged or aged during nozzle cleaning, it should be replaced promptly. (Material and size of O-ring: fluorine rubber O-ring, outermost diameter is 14 mm, and the line diameter is 2 mm).
Diagrams: Show O-rings on nozzle fittings and gas regulator fittings. Labeled O-ring 1, O-ring 2, O-ring 3 with dimensions: O ring 1: Inner diameter 13.2mm X wire diameter 1.8mm; O ring 2: Inner diameter 5.15mm X wire diameter 1.8mm; O ring 3: Inner diameter 8.0mm X wire diameter 2mm.
- Flame detector maintenance: It is recommended to clean carbon buildup on the flame detector at least once per month (depending on the use environment and frequency). If the detector is found to be insensitive, clean it immediately.
