Cautions
- This product is NOT waterproof. Keep away from water, liquids, and moisture.
- Keep away from fire, direct sunlight, and extreme heat.
- The charger may become warm during the charging process (up to 60°C / 140°F at room temperature), which is normal.
- Disconnect your device once it is fully charged to protect it.
- Unplug the car charger from the socket before starting your engine or when not in use.
- Do not shake the charger while it is plugged into the car socket to avoid product damage.
- If the CC-S3 fails to charge, please ensure the connection between the car charger and the cigarette lighter socket is secure.
Warranty
The Aukey 4.8A Dual USB Car Charger is covered by a 24-month warranty from the date of original purchase. For manufacturer defects, contact support@aukey.com to initiate a warranty claim. Instructions for return for repair/replacement will be provided.
