Fiat Grande Panda Named 'Best Small Car' at Prestigious Autocar Awards 2025

The Fiat Grande Panda has won the 'Best Small Car' award at the Autocar Awards 2025. Judges praised the car's innovative design, practicality, and accessible price point.

The distinction, awarded by the UK's oldest and most respected automotive magazine, is a significant recognition for FIAT's latest model, highlighting its unique style, practicality, and economy.

Built on the adaptable Smart-Car platform from Stellantis, which supports hybrid and electric powertrains, the Grande Panda embodies the pioneering and practical spirit of the original 1980s Fiat Panda. With compact dimensions and a captivating personality, the new Grande Panda offers an attractive blend of appealing Italian design, innovative engineering, and sustainable mobility.

Powertrain Options

The Grande Panda is available with a fully electric powertrain, featuring a 44 kWh battery and an 83 kW (113 HP) electric motor, offering a WLTP range of 320 km. Alternatively, the hybrid version is equipped with a 1.2-liter, 3-cylinder turbo engine producing 110 HP, combined with a 48 V lithium-ion battery and a sophisticated 6-speed dual-clutch automatic eDCT transmission.

Ingenious Features and Sustainability

Maintaining the practicality and functionality of the original Fiat Panda, the Grande Panda is packed with ingenious ideas, including a patented integrated spiral charging cable, exclusive to the electric model. Additionally, the AC charging solution, up to 7 kW, is stored under the hood, freeing up luggage compartment space and facilitating daily use and cleaning.

The Grande Panda offers customers an ecological and ethical mobility solution, thanks to the use of sustainable materials in its production. In fact, each Grande Panda incorporates recycled materials from 140 beverage containers used in the vehicle's interior. The Grande Panda La Prima version also features "BAMBOX Bamboo Fiber Tex®" on the dashboard trim, a specific fabric made from genuine bamboo fibers.

Available Versions

The all-electric Fiat Grande Panda is available in (RED) and La Prima versions, while the Grande Panda Hybrid is offered in Pop, Icon, or La Prima trims.
