- Avoid exposing the device to mechanical stress, extreme temperatures, or significant vibrations.
Safety Instructions
Dealing with Electromagnetic Radiation
The measuring device complies with electromagnetic compatibility regulations and limit values according to EMC-Directive 2014/30/EU. Local operating restrictions, such as in hospitals, aircraft, or near individuals with pacemakers, may apply. Electronic devices can potentially cause or be subject to hazards or interference.
Danger - Powerful Magnetic Fields
Strong magnetic fields can adversely affect individuals with active medical implants (e.g., pacemakers) and electromechanical devices (e.g., magnetic cards, mechanical clocks, precision mechanics, hard disks). National regulations regarding the effect of magnetic fields on people must be observed. To avoid interference, maintain a safe distance of at least 30 cm between the device/magnets and any sensitive implants or devices.
Inserting Battery
Open the battery compartment and insert the battery according to the symbols, ensuring correct polarity is observed.

Using the Device
1. MIN/MAX Values Display
The device automatically records the minimum and maximum temperature and humidity values. Press the MIN/MAX button once to view the minimum values, and press again to view the maximum values. Pressing the button again returns to the current readings.
2. Reset MIN/MAX Values
To reset the stored minimum and maximum values, press and hold the MIN/MAX button for approximately 3 seconds. The display will briefly show a reset confirmation.
3. Set Timer
Press the Timer button (often labeled with a clock icon or similar) to enter timer setting mode. Use the adjustment buttons (e.g., MIN/MAX and a '+' button) to set the desired hours and minutes. Confirm the setting by pressing the Timer button again.
4. Cancel Timer
To cancel an active or set timer, press the Timer button until the timer display shows '00:00:00' or is deactivated.
5. Set Time
Press the Time button (often labeled with a clock icon or similar) to enter time setting mode. Use the adjustment buttons (e.g., MIN/MAX and a '+' button) to set the current hour and minute. Confirm the setting by pressing the Time button again.
6. Set Humidity Warning
Access the humidity warning settings by pressing the appropriate button (often labeled with a humidity icon or similar). Adjust the desired humidity threshold using the adjustment buttons. The LED indicator will alert you when humidity exceeds or falls below this set point.
Note: The device is optimized for fixed measuring locations. Wait 10 minutes after changing to a location with significantly different climate conditions.
Maintenance and Care
Clean all components with a slightly damp cloth. Do not use cleaning agents, scouring agents, or solvents, as these can damage the device. Store the device in a clean and dry place.
