Assembly Steps
STEP 1
Screw Cam-bolt (A) into designated holes on the Shelf (Part 2) and Bottom Connect Bar (Part 5). Insert Wood Dowel (C) into designated holes on the Shelf (Part 2) and Bottom Panel (Part 3). Attach Part 12 to Parts 2 and 3 using Cam-bolts (A) and Wood Dowels (C). Insert Cam-locks (B) into designated holes on Parts 2 and 3, then turn clockwise [clockwise turn symbol] to lock onto the Cam-bolts. Do not overtighten.
STEP 2
Screw Cam-bolt (A) into designated holes on the Shelf (Part 2) and Bottom Panel (Part 3). Attach Magnetic Catch (G) to the Divide Panel (Part 5) using Screw (F). Insert Wood Dowel (C) into designated holes on the Divide Panel (Part 5) as shown. Attach Part 5 to Part 2 using Cam-bolts (A) and Wood Dowels (C). Attach Part 3 to Part 5 using Cam-bolts (A) and Wood Dowels (C). Insert Cam-lock (B) into designated holes on Part 5, then turn clockwise [clockwise turn symbol] to lock onto the Cam-bolt. Do not overtighten.
STEP 3
Screw Cam-bolt (A) into designated holes on the Left Side Panel (Part 4). Insert Wood Dowel (C) into designated holes on Parts 2, 3, and 12. Attach Part 4 to Parts 2, 3, and 12 using Cam-bolts (A) and Wood Dowels (C). Insert Cam-lock (B) into designated holes on Parts 2, 3, and 12, then turn clockwise [clockwise turn symbol] to lock onto the Cam-bolt. Do not overtighten.
STEP 4
Screw Cam-bolt (A) into designated holes on the Left Side Panel (Part 4). Insert Wood Dowel (C) into designated holes on the Top Connect Bar (Part 7). Attach Part 7 to Part 4 using Cam-bolts (A) and Wood Dowels (C). Insert Cam-lock (B) into designated holes on Part 7, then turn clockwise [clockwise turn symbol] to lock onto the Cam-bolt. Do not overtighten.
STEP 5
Screw Cam-bolt (A) into designated holes on the Right Side Panel (Part 6). Insert Wood Dowel (C) into designated holes on Parts 2, 3, 7, and 12. Attach Part 6 to Parts 2, 3, 7, and 12 using Cam-bolts (A) and Wood Dowels (C). Insert Cam-lock (B) into designated holes on Parts 2, 3, 7, and 12, then turn clockwise [clockwise turn symbol] to lock onto the Cam-bolt. Do not overtighten.
STEP 6
Screw Cam-bolt (A) into designated holes on the Top Panel (Part 1). Insert Wood Dowel (C) into designated holes on Parts 4 and 6. Fit the Lower Back Panel (Part 9) and Upper Back Panel (Part 8) to the Side Panels (Parts 4 & 6) via the groove on the respective side panels. Attach Part 1 to Parts 4, 6, and 7 using Cam-bolts (A) and Wood Dowels (C). Insert Cam-lock (B) into designated holes on Parts 4, 6, and 7, then turn clockwise [clockwise turn symbol] to lock onto the Cam-bolt. Do not overtighten.
STEP 7
Insert Fixed Button (L) into the gap between the Back Panels (Parts 8 & 9) and the Side Panel. Fix the Fixed Button (L) using Screw (M). Fix Back Panels (Parts 8 & 9) to the Shelf (Part 2) using Screw (J).
STEP 8
Attach Hinge (I) and Magnetic Bar (H) to the Doors (Parts 10 & 11) using Screw (K). Attach Doors (10 & 11) to the Side Panels using Screw (K). Attach Knob (E) to the Doors using Knob Bolt (D). The assembly of the TV Stand unit is complete.
