General

Why are my bases blue?
Bases have a protective film on them; you'll need to peel it off for the bases to be clear.

What Glue do I use?
You can use regular plastic glue on the walkers and fauna. Some plastic glues will also be able to glue the models to the bases, though it's safer to use a small dab of super glue.

Are the models in this game compatible with Dropzone Commander?
Yes, all models in this game have rules for use with Dropzone Commander.

What Scale are these models?
10mm. The same as Dropzone Commander.

Are you making me base my entire Dropzone Commander army?
These bases are only used for Operation Artemis.

Do you expect me to rip my models from their base every time I want to go from Operation Artemis to Dropzone Commander?
No, but you do you, boo.

What size base does each model use?
Frontier Walkers: 40mm x 40mm
Minotaur: 60mm x 60mm
Sphinx: 30mm x 30mm
Harpy: 20mm x 20mm

Do I have to use these base sizes for Dropzone Commander?
Only the Harpies. All other models do not need bases for Dropzone Commander.

Attacking

Can you attack with ranged weapons while in base contact with an enemy model?
Yes.

Does the facing of my models matter?
No, models can attack and move in any direction.

Can I use different weapons on a model to attack different targets?
Yes.

Do you have to declare targets for all your attacks before rolling any dice?
Yes, declare the targets of all weapons before rolling any dice.

Model Special Rules

When using the Agas' Defensive Flame, can I still use the Flamethrower/Railgun normally during its activation? What about using the Defensive Flame after already having used the Flamethrower/Railgun?
You can attack normally with the Flamethrower/Railgun as well as use the Flamethrower (but not the Railgun) via the Defensive Flame rule in the same round. This means you could potentially attack twice with the Flamethrower, or once with the Railgun and once with the Flamethrower in the same round.

When you hit with an attack with the Explosive special rule, where do you measure from?
The edge of the model's base.

How does the electrified rule work?
Double the damage dice of the weapon when you use it against a model with 6 or more starting health (like a Sphinx or Minotaur).

Models

Rashnu

Does the Shield rule also affect the Rashnu itself?
Yes.

Harpies

How does the Swarm rule interact with Threat?
Apply the Swarm rule before Threat. The maximum of 2 damage dice only applies to damage dice gained from the Swarm rule.

How does the Rail special rule interact with multiple Harpies being under the line?
All Harpies under the line are hit. The attacker rolls their Damage dice once, then the defender rolls Armour for each affected Harpy.

How does the Explosive rule interact with Harpies, if a model is hit with an explosive weapon and there is a Harpy within 3" of it, is the Harpy hit?
Yes. If the Harpy is within the range of the explosion, it is hit by the explosion. Measure to the edge of the base, not the flight stem or the model.
