Pairing Mode
To enter pairing mode, press and hold the SELECT button for 3 seconds.
Device Connection
Xinput Connection
Controllers will automatically reconnect to your devices once they have been paired.
Wireless Connection (NES/SFC/SNES Classic)
- Plug the retro receiver into your NES/SFC/SNES Classic console's controller port.
- Press START on the controller; the controller will attempt to pair with the receiver.
- A solid blue LED indicates a successful connection.
If the connection is lost or you need to re-pair, press and hold the SELECT button for 3 seconds to enter pairing mode. The blue LED will flash rapidly. A solid blue LED indicates successful pairing.
USB Connection (Windows/macOS/Android)
- Connect the controller to your Windows, macOS, or Android device via the USB cable.
- A solid blue LED indicates a successful connection.
Press and hold START for 3 seconds to switch controller modes:
- Xinput Mode: Press and hold [START + X] for 3 seconds. The blue LED will flash twice upon success.
- Dinput Mode: Press and hold [START + B] for 3 seconds. The blue LED will flash twice upon success.
- macOS Mode: Press and hold [START + A] for 3 seconds. The blue LED will flash twice upon success.
Xinput is the default mode.
Battery
Status
- Low battery mode: Red LED is lit.
- Battery charging: Green LED is lit.
- Battery fully charged: Green LED is off.
The controller features a built-in 180 mAh Li-on battery providing approximately 25 hours of playtime. Charging takes approximately 30-60 minutes via USB cable.
Power Saving
- Sleep mode (no wireless connection): Activates after 1 minute of inactivity.
- Sleep mode (with wireless connection): Activates after 15 minutes of inactivity.
