System Wiring

The system wiring diagram illustrates how to connect external devices and speakers to the amplifier. Key connections include:

Note:

Use Method

This machine memorizes the sound source selection after shutdown and resumes to that state upon startup. The main "POWER" switch on the rear panel must be ON for the front panel "POWER" switch to function. Avoid frequent ON/OFF cycling of the rear AC POWER switch; wait at least 30 seconds after turning it OFF before turning it ON again. After startup, the machine enters the sound source playing state. The main volume knob (11), BASS (9), and Treble (10) knobs can be adjusted for proper broadcasting sound. The machine operates in four modes: DVD, Tuning Radio, Cassette, and Auxiliary Sound Source.

DVD Mode

The DVD mode supports various music and video file formats including DVD, Super VCD, VCD, MP3, MP4, and CD. It also provides video output.

Characteristics of DVD Mode

Selecting DVD Mode

Press the 'DVD' key on the program selection keypad to switch to DVD mode. The startup picture will appear on the screen, indicating readiness for operation.

Operations can be performed via the front panel or the remote controller, with the remote controller offering more convenience.

Caution: A prompt on the screen indicates failed or denied operations.

When playing MP3s, a blue round point illuminates if the number of chapters exceeds 99.

Playing Discs

Press the [Open/Close] key (or button 31 on the remote) near the disc cabin. The screen will display "OPEN" and the tray will pop out. Load a disc with the tag side up. Press [Open/Close] again to close the tray. The machine will read the disc and recognize its format.

Use arrow keys and ENTER to navigate and select items.

System Setup

Press SETUP (8) to enter the System Setup interface. Options include:

Language Setup

Press SETUP (8) and navigate to Language Setup. Options include:

Note: Language settings require disk support.

Video Setup

Press SETUP (8) and navigate to Video Setup. Adjust Brightness, Contrast, Hue (Color Tone), and Saturation using the arrow keys.

Radio Receiving

Press the TUNER key to access radio mode. The equipment will use the built-in tuner. The indicator for the selected band (FM/AM) will be lit. The screen will display "TUNER" briefly.

Tape Playing

Press the Tape selector key to play tape. Clean the tape head after 10 hours of playback for optimal quality. Use a magnet-deleting tape after 20-30 hours.

Using External Signal

Press the AUX key to select an external program source from the AUX port on the rear panel.

Using Microphone

Turn down the Microphone Volume before inserting a microphone to avoid strong vibration. Insert the microphone into MIC1 or MIC2 (6.35mm plug) and adjust the Volume knob moderately. MIC1 has priority: its sound will mute all other signals. This MUTE function is for emergent speaking. The MUTE suppression level can be adjusted on the rear panel, preset at MAX.

MUTE Indicator: MAX (highest suppression) to MIN (lowest suppression).

Built-in Chime

Pressing the CHIME key plays a melody (e.g., '1 3 5 i') with priority similar to MIC1. The volume can be adjusted via the CHIME controller on the rear panel.
