Frequently Asked Questions and Solutions

Q1: Displays "no signal" after a period of time.

  1. Check if the cables are loose, re-plug them, and ensure they are correctly connected.
  2. Replace the cable with a new one and check if the same issue occurs.
  3. If the problem persists after trying the above methods, please contact ARZOPA's after-sales support via email.

Q2: Why do I need to connect two cables if my laptop does not have a USB-C port?

A: The USB-C to USB-C cable is capable of transmitting both power and signal through a single cable. If you cannot use a USB-C to USB-C cable, you must use the HDMI cable along with the USB-A to USB-C cable – one for transmission and one for power supply.

Q3: My monitor will not turn on.

A: If you are not using a USB-C cable, ensure your monitor is connected to your laptop with both the HDMI cable and the USB-A to USB-C cable. Then, press and hold the power button to turn on the monitor.

Q4: The screen flickers black when displaying content.

A: Check if the connection is loose. If the connection is secure, it might be due to insufficient power supply. Please connect the power adapter and try again, or replace the power adapter or data cable with a new one.
