Monitor Introduction

Connecting the Monitor to Devices

1. Connection Status

This monitor does not have a built-in battery. Ensure sufficient power (5V/3A or higher) before connecting.

2. Laptop (Using Type-C)

Note: To adjust brightness and volume above 80%, ensure an external power supply of 5V/3A or higher is connected.

Note: Not all laptops with Type-C ports are compatible with ARZOPA monitors. Please verify that your laptop's Type-C port supports the required functions.

3. PC/Laptop (with HDMI Port)

Note: The HDMI port does not support power transmission. Therefore, an additional power supply (5V/3A or higher) must be connected when using an HDMI connection.

4. Mobile Phone (with Type-C)

If no external power supply is connected, the mobile phone powers the monitor. (Brightness will automatically adjust to 15% in power-saving mode.)

When an external power supply is connected, the mobile phone will also be charged. (Use a charger or power bank of at least 15W as the external power supply to provide sufficient operating current for the monitor and mobile phone.)

Note: Operation is only supported through a full-featured Type-C port.

For iPhones: A Lightning to HDMI adapter is required.

5. Other Devices

Note: Connect the power supply cable first, then the Mini HDMI cable to ensure smooth signal transmission.

When connecting a Nintendo Switch, a 30W or higher power adapter is required.

Common Problems and Solutions

Q1: "No Signal" is displayed after a period of time.

  1. Check if the wires are loose, re-plug them, and ensure they are connected correctly.
  2. Replace the cable with a new one and check if the same phenomenon occurs.
  3. If the problem persists after trying the above methods, please contact after-sales support via email.

Q2: My laptop does not have a USB-C port, why do I need to connect two cords?

A: The USB-C to USB-C cord is powerful enough to supply power and transmit signals through a single cord. If a USB-C to USB-C cord is not available, you need to use an HDMI cord along with a USB-A to USB-C cord, where one is for transmission and the other is for power.

Q3: The monitor does not power on.

A: If you are not using a USB-C cord, ensure your monitor is connected to your laptop using both the HDMI cord and the USB-A to USB-C. Then, press and hold the Power/On-Off button to turn on the monitor.

Q4: The screen flashes black when displaying content.

A: Check if the connection is loose. If the connection is not the issue, it might be due to insufficient power supply. Try connecting an adapter or replace the power adapter or data cable with a new one.
