*Pay attention to the orientation of these parts during assembly, using the photos as reference.

Assembly Instructions

STEP 1: Attach LOWER mount

Attach 1x LOWER mount (D) to the RIGHT-SIDE plate (B) using 1x M3x12mm button head screw (I). Thread the screw into 1x 36mm post (G). Pay attention to the orientation of part (D).

STEP 2: Attach UPPER mount

Attach 1x UPPER mount (C) to the RIGHT-SIDE plate (B) using 1x M3x12mm button head screw (I). Thread the screw into 1x 36mm post (G). Pay attention to the orientation of part (C).

STEP 3: Attach 42mm posts

Attach 2x 42mm posts (F) to the RIGHT-SIDE plate using 2x M3x8mm button head screws (H) using the holes specified by the red circles.

STEP 4: Attach Spare Tire Mount

Attach Spare Tire Mount (E) to the RIGHT-SIDE plate using 2x M3x8mm button head screws (H) as shown. Pay attention to the hex hub direction of part (E).

STEP 5: Secure Spare Tire Mount

Thread 1x M4x20mm counter sunk screw (K) into the Spare Tire Mount (E). Ensure the counter sunk side of the mount matches the counter sunk screw head.
