General Safety:

  • Never attempt to disassemble the phone. Users are responsible for its use and consequences.
  • Always switch off the phone where its use is prohibited.
  • The phone's use is subject to safety measures protecting users and the environment.
  • Do not use the phone in damp areas like bathrooms or swimming pools. Protect it from liquids and moisture.
  • Avoid exposing the phone to extreme temperatures: below 10°C and above 55°C.
  • For normal charging, the ambient temperature range is 0°C to 45°C. Charging outside this range can reduce battery performance and lifespan.
  • Charging for extended periods at extreme temperatures may damage batteries and pose an explosion risk. The phone automatically protects batteries in extreme temperatures.
  • Keep the phone away from small children, as removable parts could be accidentally ingested.

Electrical Safety:

  • Use only chargers listed in the manufacturer's catalog. Using other chargers may be dangerous and invalidate the warranty. Ensure the line voltage matches the charger's serial plate.

Aircraft Safety:

  • Switch off the phone when instructed by cabin crew or warning signs during flights. Mobile phone use can interfere with aircraft operation and phone networks, and its use may be illegal and subject to prosecution.

Explosive Materials:

  • Comply with warning signs at petrol stations and switch off the phone when requested. Adhere to radio equipment usage restrictions in places like chemical plants, fuel depots, and areas with blasting operations.

Electronic Equipment:

  • To avoid demagnetization, keep electronic devices away from the phone for extended periods.

Electronic Medical Equipment:

  • The phone, as a radio transmitter, may interfere with electronic medical equipment or implants (hearing aids, pacemakers, insulin pumps). Maintain a minimum separation of 5mm between the phone and implants. Consult your doctor or equipment manufacturer for advice.

Hospitals:

  • Always ensure the phone is switched off in hospitals when instructed by warning signs or medical staff.

Road Safety:

  • Do not use the phone while driving. Stop and park safely before making calls to ensure full attention to driving. Comply with current legislation.

Distance of Operation (RF Exposure):

  • This model has been tested and meets radiofrequency exposure guidelines.
  • Against the ear: Hold the phone as a traditional telephone for calls.
  • Body worn: When transmitting, use a non-metallic carry accessory that positions the phone at least 5mm from your body. Other accessories may not ensure compliance. If not using a body-worn accessory or holding the phone to the ear, maintain a 5mm distance from your body.
  • Data operation: During data transmission, maintain a 5mm distance from your body for the entire duration.

Environmentally Friendly Disposal:

Old electrical appliances should not be disposed of with regular waste. They must be disposed of separately at communal collection points. Owners are responsible for bringing appliances to these points to recycle raw materials and treat toxic substances.

FCC ID: QPN-DOLI3

Any changes or modifications not expressly approved by the responsible party for compliance may void the user's authority to operate the equipment.

Note: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device under Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in residential installations. The equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy. If not installed and used per instructions, it may cause harmful interference to radio communications, though no guarantee of no interference in a particular installation is given.

If the equipment causes harmful interference to radio or television reception (determinable by turning it off and on), users are encouraged to try correcting it by:

  • Reorienting or relocating the receiving antenna.
  • Increasing the separation between the equipment and receiver.
  • Connecting the equipment to an outlet on a circuit different from the receiver's.
  • Consulting the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician.

Body-worn Operation:

This device was tested for typical body-worn operations. To comply with RF exposure requirements, a minimum separation distance of 10mm must be maintained between the user's body and the handset, including the antenna.

Third-party belt-clips, holsters, and similar accessories used with this device should not contain metallic components. Body-worn accessories that do not meet these requirements may not comply with RF exposure requirements and should be avoided.

5. SAR (Specific Absorption Rate)

This wireless phone meets government requirements for radio wave exposure. Guidelines are based on standards developed by independent scientific organizations through thorough evaluation of scientific studies, including a substantial safety margin for all persons.

FCC RF Exposure Information and Statement: The SAR limit for the USA (FCC) is 1.6 W/kg averaged over one gram of tissue. The MobiWire Doli3 has been tested against this limit. The highest reported SAR value for ear use during certification was 0.925 W/kg, and for body-worn use was 0.559 W/kg. The device was tested for typical body-worn operations with the back of the handset kept 1cm from the body. To maintain compliance with FCC RF exposure requirements, use accessories that maintain a 1cm separation distance between the user's body and the handset. Accessories like belt clips and holsters should not contain metallic components. Accessories not meeting these requirements may not comply with FCC RF exposure requirements and should be avoided.
