Installation Guide

Safety Instructions for Installation

Please read these instructions carefully before starting installation. They are intended to ensure your safety and the safe operation of the light.

  1. If you are unsure, electrical work should be carried out by a qualified person. Improper installation can lead to electric shocks, fires or other hazards. The manufacturer accepts no liability for damage caused by improper installation.
  2. Before starting installation work, it is essential to switch off the fuse to avoid the risk of electric shock.
  3. Please ensure that your ceiling is suitable for the weight of the luminaire and can support it permanently. Only use suitable fixing materials for the respective masonry.
  4. Check whether the enclosed wall plugs are suitable for your ceiling material - alternative wall plugs should be used if necessary.
  5. Do not use any damaged, faulty or incomplete parts.
  6. When drilling, take care not to damage any electricity or water pipes.

Assembly in 5 Steps

The following steps outline the assembly process for the NEONA SPECTRA spotlight:

  1. Remove the wall bracket from the luminaire by removing the grub screws.
  2. Fix the wall bracket to the wall and pass the power cable through the hole in the centre of the wall bracket.
  3. Connect the luminaire to the power supply.
  4. Stow all components securely in the luminaire, taking care not to pinch or crimp any cables.
  5. Mount the luminaire on the wall bracket.

Note: The direction of the light beam can be changed by turning the head of the luminaire. Thanks to the IP65 protection class, the luminaire is also suitable for outdoor use.
