Component Diagram

The refrigerator components are labeled as follows:

A diagram shows the numbered components of the refrigerator.

Function Introduction

Upon power-on, the digital display illuminates for 1 second and then shows the last memory setting. The temperature display remains lit in standby mode.

1. Open and Close

After power-on, the refrigerator is in standby mode. Press the ON/OFF button to open it. The display will show the current storage room temperature and the unit will start running.

Warning: The displayed temperature is measured near the sensor. Temperatures may vary within the storage room.

Press the ON/OFF button again to return the refrigerator to standby.

2. Temperature Setting

  1. Switch on the fridge. Press '+' to increase and '-' to decrease the set temperature. Each press changes the temperature by 1°C. The temperature can be set between 10°C and -20°C. Ensure the clapboard is correctly positioned before setting the temperature for the large compartment.
  2. If the clapboard is removed, the small compartment's temperature display will turn off, leaving one storage compartment.
  3. The temperature display flashes for 3 seconds after adjustment, then stabilizes. The setting is memorized, and the display returns to showing the actual temperature.
  4. The default startup temperature is 0°C / 32°F.

3. MAX / ECO Mode Conversion

Press the [MAX/ECO] button to switch between MAX mode (fast cooling) and ECO mode (energy-saving cooling).

4. Celsius (°C) / Fahrenheit (°F) Display Switching

Press and hold the '+' key and the setting key on the left (large compartment) for over 3 seconds to switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit.

5. Battery Protection Levels: H1 (High) N2 (Low) L3 (Medium)

Press the [Battery Protection] key for 3 seconds to enter the setting mode. Press the key again to cycle through H1, N2, and L3 levels. The set level will flash for 3 seconds if no operations are detected, then save the current setting.

Notice for Temperature Setting

Insert the clapboard correctly. The display will show temperatures for two compartments. When adjusting, the small compartment's temperature (TS) cannot be higher than the large compartment's temperature (TL), i.e., TS ≤ TL. For example, if TS is -10°C (14°F), TL can range from -10°C (14°F) to 10°C (50°F). Use the large compartment for fresh food and the small compartment for frozen food.

Power-off Memory Function

The car refrigerator has a power-off memory function. Upon power loss, the working state (On/Off status, mode) before power-off is automatically recovered on the next startup.

ECO: Energy-saving cooling
MAX: Powerful cooling

Use Clapboard

  1. Align the clapboard with the two rails on the inner liner.
  2. Vertically push the clapboard to the bottom of the liner.

Diagrams illustrate the use of the clapboard.

Simple Fault Analysis

Advice: If issues persist after simple fault analysis, contact professional customer service.

I. Car Refrigerator Does Not Work

  1. Check power connection (plug secure, polarity correct).
  2. Verify the power switch on the operation panel is ON.
  3. Ensure cooling ventilation is normal.
  4. Check if the fuse is blown.

II. Poor Cooling Performance

  1. Check if the lid is closed properly.
  2. Inspect the door seal for damage or deformation.
  3. Ensure adequate ventilation around the refrigerator.
  4. Verify the temperature is set correctly.

Definition Of Error Codes On The Display

Error Code Error Type
E1 Low Input Voltage
E2 Fan Fault
E3 Compressor start failed
E4 Low Rotational Speed of Compressor
E5 Controller module temperature too high
E6 Open or Short Circuit of NTC

III. Abnormal Noise

  1. Ensure the car refrigerator is placed on a smooth surface.
  2. Avoid contact with walls or other objects.
  3. Check for loose or falling internal parts.

IV. Condensation on Refrigerator Surface

Slight condensation may occur on the box surface when ambient air humidity exceeds 75%, which is normal.

Failures and Solutions

E1: Low Input Voltage

Failure 1: Refrigerator power cord inserted before car starts.
Solution 1: Wait a while after the car starts to connect.

Failure 2: Input voltage of the adapter is too low.
Solution 2: Adjust battery protection to middle or low voltage. If ineffective, replace the adapter.

E2: Fan Fault

Replace the fan if a malfunction is identified.

E3: Input Voltage Fault Due to Compressor Frequently Start

When used in the car and E3 appears, shut down for 5 minutes and restart. If ineffective, it may be an E1 fault; resolve according to E1 solutions.

When E3 appears while connected via adapter:

  1. Adjust battery protection to middle or low level.
  2. If ineffective, replace the adapter.

E4: Low Rotational Speed of Compressor

Adjust input voltage and repower.

E5: Overheating of Controller Chip

Power off for 5 minutes and check for poor ventilation around the compressor causing overheating.

Use Suggestions

  1. With a backup battery, maintain set temperatures without concern.
  2. For ice cream, set the temperature to the lowest setting and power on for an extended period.
  3. Prevent health issues from drinking bottled water exposed to high temperatures.
  4. Enjoy fresh frozen food during travel with vehicle-mounted refrigerators.
  5. Refrigerate healthcare products, insulin, and imported drugs; precise temperature control ensures health.
  6. Keep tea leaves fresh in the car refrigerator for enjoyment during self-driving tours.
  7. The optimal storage temperature for red wine is 10°C - 18°C (50 - 64.4°F). Precise control ensures proper storage.
  8. High-grade fruit stored in the car during summer may last at least 2 hours. Using the car refrigerator preserves fruit quality.
  9. High-grade sunglasses coating can degrade in high summer temperatures; the car refrigerator is an ideal storage place.
  10. High-grade cosmetics deteriorate quickly in hot cars; the car refrigerator is a better choice for transport.
